Love this clinic! The optometrists have been friendly and helpful, as well as the receptionists. They are timely and professional and I would highly recommend them!

I was extremely disappointed with recent visit to Eye-To-Eye clinic with Dr Dalton for routine eye exam & update of glasses. There were 3 issues. The first being they billed me separately for the vision test which has always been a part of my normal eye exam. I have worn corrective glasses for 40+ years and vision test has always been included in my eye exam. Their response was that now that I was a medicare patient, it was not covered as part of the eye exam. I contacted my insurance company and they said this was inaccurate and it should be included as part of exam and the insurance agent called the office on my behalf to convey this. There was no admission of a mistake and an unclear dialogue followed with the Insurance rep finally instructing the office to file the claim for vision test which they had not, but instead billed me directly and that I was not to pay until the insurance company had reviewed the claim. The second issue was that I was given an inaccurate prescription for glasses that I went and had filled at an outside clinic. Unfortunately when I picked up the glasses I found they did not correct my vision. My distance vision was still blurry and I could not read road signs until I was almost past them among other things. When I went back to eye to eye clinic to express my concern, they checked the glasses and confirmed that the glasses were correctly made with Dr Daltons prescription and then stated that prescriptions are not 100% and seem to suggest that the problem was with me & unreasonable expectations. I did not agree and asked that my vision be retested and an appointment was given. Of note, I have been a patient of this clinic for years in the past and have never had a problem with glasses I received but this was the first time I opted to fill the prescription elsewhere. After much thought, I did not have the confidence that I would be given an accurate vision test, and decided to go to an outside optometrist for a retest. I had to pay for another comprehensive eye exam as I had used up my vision benefits going to see Dr Dalton and none of the clinics I contacted offered just a vision test. I was told it's part of eye exam and would need to schedule for such. After my exam was completed, I was given a prescription that was significantly different than the one given by Dr Dalton confirming I received an inaccurate prescription from her. The optometrist agreed this was why my glasses were not working for me. I called Dr Daltons office to cancel the vision test and the office staff suggested I keep the appointment to discuss my concerns. The third concern is about the thoroughness of the exam I received from Dr Dalton. When I went to outside optometrist, I learned that a dilated eye exam is suppose to be a part of a comprehensive eye exam also which did not happen when I saw Dr Dalton for my eye exam. This had always been a part of my exams in the past with Eye-to-Eye Clinic as well as with all the other optometrists I have seen over the decades of wearing glasses. At the recent appt. I had thought it was unusual, but had not questioned her about this. I don't like doing negative reviews but I feel people should be aware. I have been very pleased with my care with this clinic in the past, but saw a very different side to the clinic in my recent experience.

Excellent with kids as well as adults. My kids and I have been seen by Dr. Briscoe and Dr. Dalton and they are both wonderful providers with great bedside manner. I was especially impressed with how patient and kind Dr. Briscoe was with my 5 y/o recently. Highly recommended. They are fast, friendly, and overall just a great clinic for routine eye care.

Dr. Dalton is wonderful! She is a great listener and takes the time to make sure you understand everything discussed. Wonderful with the kids. Our daughters have always dreaded going to the eye doctor for checkups, but now they feel confident and comfortable. Thank you to the amazing staff as well. Friendly and professional! I would highly recommend Eye to Eye Clinic for the whole family!

We absolutely love this clinic. If you have kids you won't be disappointed taking them here. They are super patient and helpful and our daughter loves her new classes! I highly recommend Eye to Eye!

I love Eye to Eye Clinic. In my opinion, this is one of the best places you will find to help you with eye care. I am having issues with my eyes due to an underlying health condition. They helped me with a difficult prescription even before I knew what was going on with my health. Highest of praise to an incredible eye clinic!!!

Julie went above and beyond in listening to exactly what I wanted with my lenses. She checked and rechecked, and explained with drawings how the lenses worked. I am currently living out of state having recently sold our West Linn house, but waited until I was back in town to get these glasses made. They are that good at what they do. My partner recommended them to me as he has been going there for many years. I highly recommend them as well.
