Not happy with the communication, they check my eyes a week ago and I came home to order my online glasses. I called due to I dont have my PD distance number and the lady said she was not sure the onl GG number she had was 66 and i ask her is that for both eyes. And she said not sure. And she ask me that I can come to get my PD measure so I told them I will come when they have my contact lence trials. So after week came back to there office to pick up the trials and ask them I need my PD Measure, And the lady in the computer check my chard and she said its 66 I ask is that for both eyes said its 33 L eye 33 R eye. I wasted 1 week to get my new glasses all along they have the number I need.

I was very happy with the care that I got here. They were able to get me in quickly for an appointment. The staff was friendly, great communication, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. I was happy with the provider that I saw, she had excellent bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. I look forward to continuing to have my eye care done here.

The staff is very friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about their products. I have been here a few times now and they make the experience easy and efficient. I'd highly recommend using their services. From the array of products to the expertise of the staff I would expect to leave getting what you need/want.

Before I stepped foot inside (11/14) I made it a priority to call and explain my needs and clarified if I needed an apt to take care of them. The answer was, "No" when it should've been, "Yes." Had to wait an hour till open because lunch schedule was miscommunicated to me. Had to wait an extra hour after the original hour because Sarah was on a late lunch. I was told upon her arrival she'd call me back so I can finish the rest of my $1000+ purchase, didn't happen. When it finally did, delivery was estimated 2 weeks. No invoice or receipt was sent even after requesting it be emailed. I had to call again to ask for those receipts a second time (11/19). I called for an update/tracking# one day shy of two weeks (11/27) I was told it's being held up by the lab. I was left a voice mail that I will receive a call back on Monday (12/2) at 8 am with my update/tracking#. Didn't happen. I left a message Wednesday (12/4) lunchtime asking and wondering where my call back was. EOD, still no call back 2 days after so I call again, ask for Sarah. Shes busy. While typing up this review i get a call back saying everything will arrive Friday (12/6) to the store and she offered to then ship it and call/text with tracking#. I was baffled at the offer because her and I both knew there weren't going to be any call backs. Hence this review. I seriously just want to be able to see and get use out of my $1,000 corrective lenses. I do not care if you cannot provide the customer service I expect. I do however care when I'm told one thing and it be the complete opposite, unorganized, and unproductive. Will not be returning for any reason other than picking up my final purchase at the West Lin Vision Center.

Able to get me in right away for an eye issue! Comprehensive exam was completed and solution achieved with good results and a follow up if needed. Nice people, efficient, neat and clean rooms and waiting area! I will go back.

Needed new glasses after nearly a decade of new prescription glasses, these folks quickly made a appointment for me and I was in and out with the new order for glasses within about 40 minutes or less. Thank you all who helped 11/15/23 Once my new glasses arrive and get adjusted so all is square. I will give the fifth star afterwards. ***Update*** after 34 days of waiting I am now wearing my new glasses. had a decent time with everyone there but me myself I may not return ever. but thanks for the help

I had an emergency and needed an eye check quickly. Got an appointment within the hour. Dr. Nguyen was very thorough and discovered the cause quickly. She immediately organised the transfer to a medical center and got me the appointment two hours later. Everything went well. Everyone was friendly and professional. Thank you.
