You know how it is when you find a good Dr. with a great place and a superb team.. you don't want to tell anyone because you fear you won't get in? Well Dr. Munoz and her team are just too good to not say anything. If you need an eye Dr. in the West Linn area this is the place. Dr. M. Is approachable, candid, and very good at what she does. Her team is professional, funny and welcoming. The office is nice and they even have good magazines. Eyeglass selection is good. You won't find any better place!

I've been seeing Dr Munoz was very helpful by answering my many questions and explaining in detail, and I did not feel rushed. The staff is also very accommodating, moving furniture for myself and service dog Cocoa, or putting the glasses/mirror within reach. Also, they were nice and funny, which made me feel more relaxed. I highly recommend this location for eye appts.

I've twice taken the time to fill out their online appointment request form. The first time, the (seemingly open) time was declined as busy. The second time, I requested two potential appointments but never received any follow up communication. They clearly don't value the time their customers take to fill out their personal information and insurance to make these requests. If they require a phone call, I wish they would state that up front so I wouldn't spend all this time requesting appointments fruitlessly. I will be intentionally driving right past them to go to someone else who is up front about needing a phone call. Frustrating because they're five minutes from my house, but still, it's now worth it to me to go somewhere else just to not encourage sucking people's time up with a nonfunctional online scheduling system.

Been going to Modern Eyez for at least six or seven years now and we are super happy with everything about this eye clinic. The doctor is amazing, really takes her time and listens to us. But what is even better - I had to pick up a pair of contacts tonight and was seriously cutting it close to their closing time. I called and they assured me they would wait - I needed the contacts so I could wear my safety glasses at work the next day. I arrived at five and neither of the assistants looked like they were going anywhere - they were calm and receptive. No rush and completely professional and friendly - just what I needed after a hectic drive!

I went to Modern Eyez after having a less than satisfactory experience with another optometrist's office in Lake Oswego. Dr. Woods is awesome. She was very thorough and professional all the while being friendly and laid back, which I appreciate. Katie, the optician, was fabulous in helping me pick my frames. It took four weeks for them to come in so they gave me a huge discount. That's service. I have received so many compliments on my frames and I love them. I also got contacts and Dr. Woods has been great working with me to find the ones that are the most comfortable. I can't recommend this clinic enough. I'll be sending my husband there when he's due for another exam.
