You & Eye

I cannot say enough good things about this eye clinic and the wonderful staff. I've been a patient here for almost ten years, and as my vision has changed with age, it has sometimes been a real challenge to get my prescription just right. Through it all, my doctor and the entire team have shown incredible patience, kindness, and professionalism. It took several visits to fine-tune my glasses and contacts, but never once did I feel like a burden. Instead, I felt genuinely cared for and supported at every step. Their persistence and dedication mean the world to me, and I am so grateful for the extra time and effort they gave to make sure my vision is the best it can be. If you are looking for an eye clinic where you'll be treated with compassion, respect, and true expertise, this is the place. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I have never been to a more thorough, compassionate, and knowledgeable optometrist office. They have worked with me to figure out my insurance coverage, treated my husband, son, and I with the utmost care, and are always respectful and informative of each process they are going to take me through in the office. Folks with sensory struggles are especially encouraged to give this optometrist office a chance, as the staff are all well-educated and prepared to accommodate as needed. I have been in multiple times since receiving my glasses, and they have been willing to make adjustments each time where needed to the frame to aid in better fitting the glasses to my face. They even offered to replace the glasses if the frames were too irritating due to my face shape and the frames I picked being a little mismatched. The atmosphere within the office is always calm and inviting. The front desk lady is always so kind and welcomes us in with a beautiful smile. The staff who helped me pick out my frames are just as lovely and amazing to work with as the staff who take me through the beginning steps of my appointments. They are incredibly tolerant of my very energetic toddler - and even were happy to help me look into options for eye care for him, too! I always learn something new when I come in, as each member of staff is always eager to teach and explain when I have questions about followup care or even just questions sparked from curiosity. I struggle with social anxiety, but I always look forward with excitement and positivity to my appointments at You & Eye in West Linn. I highly recommend scheduling a visit with this clinic if you prefer a clean, calm environment with a fantastic staff team.

You and Eye is Top Notch, Hands Down One of the Best I can not be more impressed with an Optometrist or Optician office!! In experiences with providers over multiple decades and many different states, You and Eye stands Head and Shoulders above almost everyone else! More affordable! When in-between providers, and I was shopping around, You and Eye was significantly better priced than several other Optician offices in the Willamette Valley. Customer care and service that has gone hundreds of miles past any reasonable expectations by a client! Staff: Experiences with every person connected with You & Eye, past and present has been memorable, impressive, and I am grateful to have worked with them. They have been far above 5 Star every time. Due to insurance I had to switch to a different local provider, it took nine (9) months that another opticians/optometrist to successfully fill a eyeglass prescription. Prescription eyewear had to keep being sent back, we had to have them call Destiny and Dr Pierce more than once, to hold their hand walk them through how to make suitable prescription glasses that would work for a patient like myself. I truly cannot rave enough about everyone in this office and their amazing business practices, professionalism, pricing, and high-end service. I will violently accost people on the street who I hear pondering their next Optometrist needs and point and rant that there is really only one place 'You and Eye' will get the best quality eye care & eyewear in The Greater Portland Area. Go there now. You deserve it, Your eyes deserve it, and so do your friends and family, cause you are a good person and only want the best for them. P.s. After visiting multiple stores for frames, You and Eye was exactly what/who I needed! I've been in readers for a couple of years, but graduated to needing a prescription. Finding the right frames was tricky, like finding the perfect pair of jeans. I worked with Destiny, the office manager, and she was SO HELPFUL! The store had a great selection and for the first time, I was having trouble narrowing down what I wanted, vs the past several stores had nothing that felt like me. She helped me with what complimented my face, the fit, style, and we narrowed it down to the best pair. After we found the right frames, she talked me through what to expect with progressives. In addition, the turn around time to get the glasses was several weeks faster than going through my primary, KP, and I got the KP discount/credit. I'm so relieved to have found You and Eye!! Highly recommend.

Dr. Pearce is amazing and has done my whole family's eye exams! She's kind and patient with my hyperactive young ones and she's also attentive with the grown ups. She pointed out some scarring in my eyes that had never been mentioned to me and even took the time to get a picture so I could see! I feel like she has a genuine love for what she does. Emily is also always very helpful scheduling & rescheduling appointments as well as getting us checked in. We have Kaiser, so we take our prescription to them to select frames, but there's a great selection in the store for those looking to purchase with You & Eye.

I've been going here for 3 years now for prescription glasses and they are always so welcoming, helpful, thorough. They always have a really cute selection of frames too, lots of local and eco friendly options. Really family friendly whenever I have had to bring my little kids in with me. Highly recommend!

Very personable and knowledgeable staff! Doctor Pearce went above and beyond our expectations to accommodate our kids during the exams. We had so much fun picking out frames for the whole family! The frames available seem to be of great quality, I really enjoy my 141 frame, as it is very light and bendable, and it lasts, it is durable! The place has a relaxing, comfortable and calming feel to it, plus I was served the most delicious cappuccino:-).

You & Eye's office is warm and inviting. The front lobby is well spaced with lots of frames to choose from. I'm a new patient of Dr. Peace's and I'm so glad I chose her as my new Optometrist. After my eye exam & diabetic eye screening, she sat down and explained the results, what she noticed, and how to address the potential challenges. Her staff are experienced in the field and take the time to explain your options when choosing frames and other products. I'll be back for sure!
