Dr.John Dailey's clinical competence, thoroughness, and kindness was beyond my highest expectations. He did my cataract surgery 13 years ago with great results and I returned to him recently for a condition solved easily with laser treatment. Given the decline of the humanistic aspects of healthcare today, experiencing the best of what it actually could and should be was a joy and an inspiration.

He does not listen to patient at all. He's more concerned about recording in patient plan that patient isn't following protocol and admits it but he fails to review that the protocol the patient is following is exactly how he prescribed it. Hes more concerned about protecting himself from liability rather than treating patient. Carefully read the other reviews--you'll see. Go elsewhere.

my Mother has been calling for over a month for my grandmother trying to track down Dr. Daily's assistant. She has left multiple messages without any return call. This is ridiculous and unacceptable! That's not putting patients first and in my opinion I'd never go here. You're practice has gotten so big that this is what it has come to? You ignore patients calling that have questions for a surgery they need? I think a formal complaint to the health board is in order and I will make sure I get my point across.

Doctors and local support staff are very good, but their billing department is the pits!! They don't answer calls and if you leave a number for callback, they either don't return the call or it is hours later.
