Totally dissatisfied with services from Zodiac Optical in Camp Hill. Kathy recommended me a product that is absolutely of a poor quality. I trusted her opinion because she is the one who works there and knows about the glasses, because she does this for living. Boy, was I wrong! She knows nothing about the product. In fact, the product she recommended is a very poor quality. When I came to pick up the product, it was not usable. I wanted to return it but was refused. I went online to read the product reviews and there were poor reviews on it. Should've done it prior to taking Kathy's recommendation. The way I was treated in that office for unprofessional, workers are rude, incompetent, inconsiderate, with poor customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Dr. Herbst iis one of the best eye doctors on the west shore. I've been seeing him for the last 15+ years. He takes his time and is very thorough/accurate. Plus he's very personable.

Dr. Yee is a very thorough eye care doctor. She recently did my cataract surgery. I'm beyond pleased with the results.

The doctor I see is great; however, I've had to call 5 times just to find out if my contacts were ordered since I needed them in a particular timeframe. I had to order some myself off the internet to make sure I had some. I recommend the doctors at this practice, but it's probably best to order your own contacts online if you need them in a timely manner.

Everyone loves Dr. Yee, and that includes me! Most of the staff is wonderful as well. Perusing the other reviews, I noticed that I was not the only one who was dismayed by the receptionist's attitude. But once you get past her, everything is fine.

I can't rave enough about Dr. Yee and her staff at Keystone Eye Care Group. I was technically blind I could barely see, I searched the Harrisburg,Pa area for an eye doctor and it was extremely difficult, I tried one more facility and it was exactly where I was supposed to be. The staff here are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help me receive the services that I desperately needed. I received an appointment really fast and when I arrived I was greeted by friendly, helpful people which is very important because I was in a crisis. I met Dr. Yee and it took her no time to give me a thorough exam and diagnose what was wrong with my eyes. I had cataracts in both eyes and she immediately scheduled me for surgery. As I arrived for surgery Dr.Yee explained the procedure and emotionally made sure that I was prepared, she made me feel safe and secure and the staff at the surgical center Raved about Dr.Yee's expertise and experience which in turn made me feel completely comfortable and confident. My surgery was extremely successful, I left feeling like I was seeing for the first time. I now had to have the cataract removed in my second eye by Dr.Yee at a different surgical center and a day before the surgery they gave her notice that they did not feel comfortable with my case to assist in my cataract removal (diabetic), Dr. Yee knew that I had worked hard and was healthy enough for the surgery to be performed and she went out of her way and came in on her pre-planned day off to perform the surgery and everything was successful. Dr.Yee is the best at what she does and I recommend Everyone to receive her services. I am forever indebted to her because she literally changed my life.

I'm still waiting on a RETURN call. 3wks and counting for the Optical department.

"...What's wrong with people?" was the response I received when I told the receptionist that I had forgotten my mask. She is very rude and condescending- complete with long sigh and eyes rolled up. If Keystone is allowing their office staff to treat clients this way, I shudder to imagine how the doctors are. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.
