Smith & Saracino

Don't purchase glasses from this provider. They are overpriced and we have had nothing but issues with my husband's frames since the first month that we've had them. The frames are metal and way too small for the prescription. You're, 'supposed,' to be the professionals and as such, should have suggested other frames. First issue, he cannot tilt his head forward without the glasses falling off. Second issue, because the prescription is too big for the frames the lenses pop out. We are now two days post op from major orthopedic surgery and need to deal with this while needing to be in physical therapy. The glasses now need to be taped together which causes safety issues. Instead of trying to be accommodating and accountable your office person that answered the phone's first reaction was to check whether or not we had a warranty. (We do, have a warranty, bot not the point) Not a good look on your part. We should not have to go through this. Very unprofessional.

I see Dr. Smith. She is amazing! She remembers everything about your case even though she sees you once a year! She is very thorough. I have never had a better ophthalmologist. The staff are also very nice and helpful. My husband sees Dr. Saracino and he really likes him as well! If you're looking for an ophthalmologist, give them a call! You won't be disappointed!

Great service and they are always on time. The facilities are very clean and bright. There is a large selection frames to choose from. Waiting area has tv and magazines to keep you entertained while you are waiting for family members.

Honest, professional, and truly kind. I came in just hoping to get my pupillary distance (PD) measured, after another major vision chain refused to provide it unless I purchased glasses from them. This center, on the other hand, helped me right away -- quickly, accurately, and without trying to upsell me or push anything. They even asked if I was getting my glasses elsewhere (which I was, online), and still took the time to help me -- no attitude, no pressure, just genuine professionalism. I offered to tip them for their time, and they kindly declined. That kind of service -- respectful, honest, and human -- is rare nowadays. From now on, this is where I'll go for anything vision-related. Thank you again -- you truly made my day.

Dr. Saracino makes going for my annual eye exam not so routine. He's genuinely excited about optometry and I love that! The staff is exceptional. I've always had a good experience here. They're always learning and doing fun new things in the office.

Dr. Saracino is hands down not only a great eye doctor but a caring professional and human being. When we moved to Florida there was no doubt we were flying back for our eye care. I can not recommend Dr. Saracino highly enough. This man truly loves what he does and it shows.

FINALLY a Great Eye Doctor! I tried many eye doctors in the area for a few years and was actually getting really concerned that I wouldn't be able to see as well as I'd remembered with both Glasses & Contacts. With Dr. Mario's help Now I see fantastic, 20/15. They also helped me with creative ways to stop Dry Eyes. I've now been going here for a few years. Highly Recommend!

Great personal care and interest of patient. Explain what they are doing and why. I went to Dr. Smith...she is fantastic. Unfortunately I have to go elsewhere due to insurance. Locating a new doctor is proving difficult. If you can go to Saracino and Smith Eye Care you are lucky.
