Carlisle Vision Care

I was very impressed that we got in quickly, but had to call 3 times to get a call back over a span of several days. My daughter was seen and I was billed for the retinal scan despite my insurance being top tier and covering it. She was given trials at the visit which were not good and I called back to ask about a different script. She was sent a different brand in the same script. I called back again and she was to receive 2 different scripts for her problem eye. Almost 2 weeks later she received 2 of the same script, which is too strong. She is at college with no car and I work FT and have PT jobs so travel is hard. I have also called 3 times to cancel my appointment and emailed 2 times to no response. I realize you are busy but why can noone answer the phone? And why are we consistently getting the wrong thing? I have used her insurance benefits for the year and would have to pay out of pocket to go elsewhere. Very frustrating. I finally got a response and they ordered the wrong thing yet again. I was promised the correct trial would be ordered and sent overnight and I would get a call with tracking. 2 days later - no news. And every time I call I get voicemail because noone ever answers the phone.

The only positive for this place is they have nice doctors. Dr. Nesgoda is very pleasant and positive to work with. Their pricing leaves a lot to be desired and their availability is poor. I have had to call multiple times on every occasion I had to contact them. Several years ago I would have left a 5 star review. I was able to find my contacts online for $170 cheaper and that is without any insurance. I would only get your prescription here and then order your glasses/contacts on your own.

Dr. Kramer is very laid back & relaxed, and sets me at ease. The staff at the desk is nice, friendly, & courteous. I'd also like to add that they were very accommodating and made time for me to check my eyes when they started feeling dry as a result of a sinus infection I came down with.

I've been going to Pearl Vision for years with horrible customer service. I researched so I tried Vision Care. Everything and everyone there was friendly, courteous, respectful, professional and listened. I had a great experience and love my new glasses. I made a great decision choosing them

Visited as a new patient on 10/06/2025. Check in process was simple, the blonde receptionist behind desk (sorry I don't have her name!) was friendly & helpful. Dr. Emily Nesgoda was thorough and kind. Little to no wait time. Great experience.

Carlisle vision care has pleasant efficient employees that are very well trained in their roles. I was not rushed but moved quickly thru the check-in, testing, fitting and check-out ares.

After using a mall store national chain for eye care for years we switched to Carlisle Vision when a need for specialized services arose. They are now the go-to for all our eye care needs. They go so far above and beyond the chain providers to offer superior care and services. We will never go back to the national brand. Staff and great, docs are great!

I called in with an eye concern and was able to get in on the same day to see Dr. Graden. I was given a thorough examination and explanation of what was happening. Dr. Graden took the time to listen to my concerns and helped alleviate my fears.
