Horrible- do not go here. Receptionist incredibly rude, doesn't like to open her window, will have you stand there forever. Had to wait 2 hours just to see doctor, they do not value patients time. The doctor talked over me, had a very dismissive attitude and then said he would have receptionist make a call to the office they were going to refer me to. Just to find out the receptionist never made the call so I was never able to get appointment with referrred dr. Overall I think the worst office I ever been to and hope no one else gets the treatment I received there.

Too bad, they definitely need another dr, or associate, i got the high pressure up sell, belittled for not going with the expensive lenses, a year after surgery, I couldn't see out of one eye, then couldn't get an appointment for a year to have it looked at, this is all while my wife is in the hospital with leukemia,

Great team: everyone was friendly and helpful from intake staff, to techs, the doctor, coordinator, and front desk. And I love the Start Wars memorabilia!!!

This office was VERY accommodating getting my husband in within an hour for service due to emergency seasonal eye allergy's. The receptionist and staff were friendly. The eye specialist was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with the examination and gave us multiple options for treatment. With no insurance the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this office and will be going back when needed in the future

I went here for a LASIK procedure and couldn't be happier with the outcome! Extremely friendly and professional from the receptionist to the doctor and everywhere in between. They also want to take care to make sure that you don't have any questions involving the procedure and the after care. Ultimately I picked them because they use the most up to date equipment and are extremely well versed in the procedure. They also did everything they could to get me in as soon as possible which is an added bonus to someone with a crazy schedule. In about 4 weeks I went from wearing contacts and glasses to clearing out my medicine cabinet this morning and waking up with greater than perfect vision. Thank you for offering this life changing procedure and getting it done as quick as you did!

As an eye doctor, he was OK. Issue was getting to see him in the first place. Took over an hour first appt. Next we sat in office for exactly 2 hours. Then he saw my Mother. Totally wrong to overbook this much. And the Dr. acted liked he was the one that had to work so hard.

I switched to this office based off a professional recommendation after struggling to find an office after my last doctor retired. I was very pleased with my visit.The care, communication and attention I received was excellent. The doctor took his time, was thorough and explained everything along the way. I'll be switching my entire family to this practice.

This office is the pits!!!! Had an appointment for Laser surgery for post cataract surgery. there was scar tissue that needed to be laser treated. My husband can"t see clearly since the surgery. Well, we had an appointment for February 9th at 2:45. Got there about 2:15. We had another appointment for a cardiologist at 1:45. No problem, laser should only take a few minutes,,. Well, the very rude young lady at the front desk said he is out for lunch and it depends on when he gets back if we can be out in time to meet our next appt. Minutes later she called us up and said "We can't have you out of here for your next appt. He is at lunch then has a meeting." OMW!!!!!!! We had an appointment and we find out he has a late lunch and a meeting!!!!!!! i said "Why bother making an appointment, now we have to come back????" She replied "Not my problem" and shrugged her shoulders. So, they called today with another appointment in March. OMG, he can't freaking see and you can't get him in for a month due to your negligence????? Guess who is looking for another eye Dr.??????? How this office ever got 5 stars concerns me. We have always dealt with rude staff. Dr. Hartzell, get a grip on your office!!!!!
