Came in this little store a few weeks ago and just had a wonderful experience with everyone in the building. Tabby was the first to greet me as I walked in and she was one of the kindest and down to earth people I've ever met, as she answered all my questions I had. After I was done up front Kari the technician brought me back and was very nice and efficient at her job and made the entire experience feel wonderful. The last employee that I met was Lily. Possibly one of the most genuine and outgoing people I have ever met. She helped me through picking out glasses and explaining the billing process to me. Absolutely wonderful process from start to finish from this location and I will be returning! Only bad reviews from this place are from the grumpy old men!

My situation began on September 9, 2025. On that date, I purchased contact lenses at this store together with my husband. The payment was made using a bank card, and I have all proof of payment, including receipts, invoices, and statements from the store. One week later, I returned the contact lenses to the store. Unfortunately, I did not receive a return receipt. However, the employee who accepted the return assured me that everything would be fine and that I would be contacted regarding the refund. It has now been four months since the return. During this time, I have visited the store multiple times, contacted my insurance company, and sent emails to the store. This process required additional time and effort on my part. The store informed me that the refund for the lenses had allegedly been sent to the insurance company. However, when I contacted the insurance company, I was told that they never received any funds. I was repeatedly advised to contact the insurance company, the store's accounting department, or the store's customer service hotline. Despite all these attempts, the issue has not been resolved. The amount of $160, which was charged to my card, has still not been refunded. I decided to share my experience to inform other customers and emphasize the importance of keeping all receipts and documentation related to purchases and returns. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store or its staff, as the issue has remained unresolved for several months

I've never had an employee offer to help me select the right frames for my face! I wish there had been a Lilly at my previous appointments over the last 25 years. She picked the perfect pair for my face and tastes with very little information. I tried out some other options but I couldnt deny that she picked the winner within seconds. This is also the best balance of contact prescriptions I've ever received. I'm leaving much happier than I expected going in!

The staff at this My Eye Doctor is amazing. Not only are they attentive to your needs, they also are very timely with getting you through the whole process. My business will be going nowhere but here. Best experience I've had!

I love my new glasses. My vision is much better, and I love my blue light coding !!! Lily did a great job ordering my lenses and they came in super quick!! Also Kari did a great job adjusting my frames!!!

This has to be the poorest managed eye facility on earth. Appointments are not on time. Delivery dates are not kept and then I've seen people coming to get their glasses have to wait an hour to be able to get them. There needs to be more employees trained to help with the fitting of glasses. One person can't do it all.

My experience at this location has always been fantastic. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Nice atmosphere and always able to get in and be seen without having to wait. A++++ Would recommend

Carlisle Noble Blvd Store - December 2025 Experience I had an outstanding experience at the Carlisle Noble Blvd location earlier this month, and I want to take the time to recognize the exceptional service provided by the entire team--especially Tabitha, Lincoln, George, and Lillian. Tabitha (Patient Service Coordinator) truly set the tone for our visit. From the moment my family and I walked in, she welcomed us with open arms and contagious enthusiasm that immediately made us feel comfortable and valued. What stood out most was her willingness to advocate for me as a customer. When Visionworks initially told me it was "illegal" to send my prescription documents to a new provider at my own request, Tabitha went above and beyond to fight for my customer satisfaction and ensure my rights were respected. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made a stressful situation feel manageable and reassuring. Lincoln (Optometric Technician) brought an amazing and charismatic energy to the experience, especially when interacting with my 3-year-old. He effortlessly made my son laugh and feel at ease, which made a huge difference for our family. While doing this, he was also attentive and helpful as he assisted my wife and me while we looked through glasses options. His ability to balance professionalism with warmth and personality was truly appreciated. George (Optometric Technician) impressed me with his thoughtful insight and extensive knowledge. He took the time to clearly and patiently answer all of my questions regarding my lens prescription, protection plans, and the perks that would benefit me most. His explanations were easy to understand and never rushed, which gave me full confidence in my decisions. It was clear he genuinely wanted to make sure I was well-informed and satisfied. Lillian (General Manager) demonstrated outstanding leadership and care throughout the interaction. She showed a sincere interest in ensuring I was properly taken care of and accurately educated. What stood out most was her ability to listen to understand rather than listening to respond. Her calm, attentive approach made me feel heard and respected, and it reflected positively on the entire team she leads. Overall, everyone at this store provided incredible support--especially while I was trying on new glasses. The teamwork, patience, and genuine customer care displayed by this location made the experience memorable and enjoyable. This is a team that truly puts the customer first, and I'm grateful for the level of service my family and I received.
