Turns out if you leave a reasonably negative review of their outdated equipment and failure to catch an eye problem in time, they'll lie to you and people you know saying that they're permanently closed. They also know other eye doctors in the area, so you, and people you know, can face refusal of services at other local doctors too. So that's super cool and not a giant red flag at all. I'll leave it be for now, but I'm sure a bunch of regulatory boards and federal agencies would love to look into things if the unethical, probably illegal, actions continue from those associated with this business who can't act like grownups and accept negative reviews for what they are. They're a chance to do better, not an opening to block people from proper medical care.

Went by the old location on Hanover St. only to find out they weren't there, but had moved according to Google. We've been using this office for about 4 years now and it would have been nice of them to notify current patients of the office relocation. Most businesses that run by appointment notify their customers/patients of location changes because that is the professional thing to do. This is the only reason I am giving 4 stars.

I have been a customer for about seven years. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. One of my most memorable experiences is when I was sent home with multiple frames to see them in different lighting and to get opinions. That about sums up their customer service. Dr. Harris is excellent too!!

Absolutely fantastic experience. The optometrist was very thorough and took her time during the exam. Then, when selecting glasses there was a good selection, but the prices were fantastic, and I even got them in 4 days! I found my new eye doctor.

The front desk receptionist has a nasty attitude and I won't be returning. I spend a lot of money on my eye care and I'm not about to spend another dime in this place. I'll go where they know how treat their customers properly.

Now run by Dr. Harris who has been a great replacement for Dr. Vincett after his retirement.
