I am here visiting My daughter and I needed my hearing aids to be looked at and to have the ear buds replaced because the ones I had were not fitted properly. I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient, professional, and personable this office was in meeting my needs. I would highly recommend without reservation Darryl M Sipe, opticians and hearing aids for your hearing aid needs.

In January, I purchased my hearing aids through Darrell M. Sipe. The staff was excellent back then in dealing with my insurance company, and they were just as good today when I went in with a problem with my right hearing aid. They were able to fix the problem within the matter of minutes and urged me not to hesitate in the future in seeking their help. To me this is a prime example as to why they are named number one in customer service year in and year out and in my humble opinion they certainly deserve it. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is seeking help with their hearing.

Best people I've ever encountered in eyewear. Every single person in the office was very kind, helpful and good at their jobs. I would highly recommend this place even if it's not in your insurance network. They're worth it. I've been to My Eye Doctor, Pearl Vision, Vision Works, Weaver Eye (now My Eye Doctor) and a small little optometrist and this place is light years better than every single one. Everyone is so willing to help you and make sure you're satisfied and taken care of. They have a large selection of frames, they'll even help you pick out frames if you'd like and they're very upfront about all prices. The location is also great. Easy to find, plenty of parking and the inside of the building is very bright and spacious.

I get all my prescription glasses and hearing aids here. They stand behind their products. Really nice folks. Very knowledgeable

My first experience with this company could not have been any better. Had my eyes and hearing checked the same day. Both exams were very thorough and the doctors were great. Got my glasses in about 8 days and went in for my fitting. Bob was fantastic and did a great job. The different coatings that I got really made a big difference in my vision. My hearing aids came in and I was scheduled for my fitting. When I arrived, was informed I was early but they worked around it and had the manager, Brian, take care of me. Again, very thorough and knowledgeable, explained my new hearing aids and set it all up on my iPhone for me. I can't say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them for eyeglasses and hearing aids.

The customer service I received here was far above what I expected. This office offers the extra personal care that makes you feel valued. From selecting my frames to having my new glasses fitted properly at pickup was an incredible experience that exceeds all others. I highly recommend you visit this office if your looking for the good old fashioned customer service from years ago. The selection of frames is enormous and the expertise of the staff was refreshing. I will certainly patronize this business again.
