From the minute you walk through their door, you're greeted by their friendly front desk associates, who make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Then, no more than a two minute wait, which gives you time to take in everything, I was then approached by Anna, the sweetest, nicest, and most experienced vision tech I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Right from the start, I knew I was in good hands, the level of customer service Anna has is easily off the chart, and the experience she has was astounding as well. The guidance and recommendations from Anna for helping me through my ordeal quickly minimized any doubts I had about getting done what I needed to. The great communication skills she possesses and the level of expertise I experienced with Anna, made it a very memorable experience. If anyone asks me where to go to get glasses, I will tell them to go to Hemlers Eye Care for sure, and ask for Anna, she's the best.

Dr. Hemler and his entire staff are very diligent in their work. They are aware of your time frame and provide the best service. I would recommend this practice to anyone searching for a true, concerned doctor and staff.

Excellent care. Dr. Fuhrman is wonderful, professional, thorough and explains everything as she goes along. All of the techs and front desk women are very accommodating and also answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend Hemler Eye Center!

My first visit as a new patient was greatly a pleasant one. Everyone greeted me with a smile. I felt like the examine was thorough and the doctor was very nice and took her time with me as well as the other lady with the all the tests.

I've gone to Hemler Eyecare for many years, never any issues whatsoever...Everyone is very friendly & knowledgeable. My Doodle chewed my glasses to a point of an unrepairable condition. When I called they got me in quickly. Drs are fantastic and take there time with you. Big shout out to Dr. Van Dell who performed my examination this visit.
