Love my glasses. Very knowledgeable. I never realized you could do a virtual visit with an eye doctor, but it was just like they were in the room. Would highly recommend

Dr. Guildford was excellent. But I think most of the staff needs to be better trained on the equipment. I paid an extra $40 for the one test, and it did not pick up my detached retina. Dr. Guildford found the detached retina. I give Dr. Guildford five stars.

Great experience with everyone in the office. Really appreciate Emily helping me pick out a pair of glasses that work well for me. It is a decent drive for me but I will definitely be back next year.

I was slightly skeptical about this appointment with it being with an online doctor, but to my surprise it went really well. Everything was very thorough and my prescription was perfect. The staff from my first encounter at the front desk to Emily who helped me pick out my glasses were great! I am very indecisive so you have to have patience with me. She was so helpful that it did not take long at all. I switched optometrist due to a bad experience and I am pleasantly surprised how great my experience was here. I can not wait to get my new glasses. I will return for sure.

Emily was delightful, helpful, patient n lovely to work with. She guided me with modeling to help me with my contacts for the first time! Thank u for ur patience.

I complained about this location previously and never got a call back. Went today (9-10-2025 Friday afternoon)to pick up my new glasses (ordered 2 but 1 only came in) While I was trying on my glasses, one of the other techs was removing nail polish from her nails. She sat RIGHT AT THE desk where people sit to try on glasses and did it there. It was a potent smell and stunk the whole room. Her and another tech were talking about parent teacher conferences and other non work things. This is NOT very professional. Once I get my other pair, I WILL NOT be back. This was the My Eye Dr location in Hanover PA on Baltimore Street.

Emily and the crew were awesome. Helpful, friendly caring and Emily went the extra mile to make sure that my needs were met. Follow up care has been excellent. Would recommend 10/10
