Pearle Vision

1st appointment I arrived and once taken back I was told there was no doctor on site. It was a "virtual on site eye doctor appointment." (They called me 9 times prior to my visit to validate my insurance and or confirm my appointment. They could have alerted in one of those) The day I went their video technology was down so it would have been a phone call. They offered me a new appointment on one fo the days the doctor was in. Fine. The end of the day before Thanksgiving. Wasn't happy but whatever. The staff seemed somewhat pleasant that visit. Came back for my appointment. The female eye doctor was rude as hell. Not only spoke to me like a high school principal speaks to a kid, Between the valley girl voice and attitude as she stood there somewhat impatiently with hands on her hips as i tried on the contacts she gave. Made me feel like I was the inconvenience to her. Wild. Like my time isn't as valuable. The guy closing me out maybe said 3 words until it came time to sell me more stuff than I needed. All fairness, it was end of day for him and he had to work with that doctor all day, the day before Thanksgiving. I would have been grouchy too. Attitude aside. Protip. Dont run a eye doc place "virtually". Its not what people pay for. Wont be back again.

Excellent experience, the virtual Opthalmologist appointment was excellent. The manager of the store is a certified option and she was amazing. Highly recommend. I ordered glasses, so if there is any update after I receive them I will post again. :)

Interesting appointment. Everything went great until the end. I was charged $39.95 for one year eyewear protection - wasn't asked if I wanted it! Also, my invoice says my total charge is $436.44 yet our debit card was charged $477.84 - no explanation. What's up Pearle Vision.

Appointment was done remotely. It would have been better with doctor there. Staff was polite and helpful.

Didn't know that eye insurance isn't recognized by the makers of smart glasses. So if u have eye ins. It doesnt matter cuz it not accepted

I had a very good experience there for my eye appt. The lady, I think her name was Chetyl, was super nice and explained everything as she was doing my testings. And the doctors were very nice as well. Cheryl as very accommodating due to I have a disability with walking. She had me stay seated and she brought the glasses to me to try on. I was very thankful for that. Expkained everything that I understood what insurance woukd pay. My expierence there was great. I would recommed Pearl Vision to friends and family

Terrible exprice. Store asso/technicians not guest friendly. Lack of professionalism, could have been better experience as I had appointment to other branches lately. Won't recommend.

Exceptional experience. Lyla guided me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable and very informed about each step of the appointment. John was very helpful and answered a few questions I had in a thorough and easy to understand manner. I could not have been more pleased or asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this location as it is convenient and the quality of care is outstanding.
