All of the people who waited on me were very polite and helpful. They seem very knowledgeable. My doctor Dr. Won was very pleasant and helpful. I will use them again and I highly recommend them

The people there are nice and knowledge, however, there is no actual doctor in the office which was quite a surprise. I was told when I arrived for my appointment that the retinal imagining was now required and I had no choice but to pay the $39 on top of my $15 copay. My son and I have appointments together so instead of costing me $30 it now costs me $108 each visit for us both. If they choose to have all teledoc visits, that's fine but my copay should still be $15 a person, not $54. They should not need to charge more if they do not even have a doctor in office. I will be looking for another optometrist because of this.

There is no optometrist on site and I was not informed of this ahead of time, had I known I would not have wasted my time. The girl behind the counter just kept telling me if your contacts feel comfortable to you instead of this is the prescription you need. The first tella person I saw was drinking from a coffee cup and the second told me my eyes were two different prescriptions but I was to choose which i preferred instead having a true doctor exam with a real prescription.

We did not like not having a doctor on location. We were not told about this ahead of time. Then we had to pay the extra charge. On top of that we were not due for new glasses yet. We were emailed that we were due, so we set up the appointment. So we will be looking for a new place to get glasses.

The doctor was great. Fast and efficient visit. The only issue I had was on the way out I asked to have my new Rx ordered in the lenses I normally use. I was told that they would call once it came in. I waited three weeks and nobody ever called. I ended up stopping in and asking for a copy of my new Rx so I could order myself contacts. When I was there explaining what happened to the staff member she didn't even bother to see if the trials were in. She just handed me my Rx and let me leave. I felt like that situation could have been handled more professionally. I only give four stars for the Doctor who what great.
