I was very apprehensive about having cataract surgery. I've had a cough for over 20 some years that we can't seem to figure out why so that was scary. I didn't want someone poking in my eye and all of a sudden I have this major coughing fit. Anyhow, Dr. Meyer assured me that if that were to happen, they could stop and continue on. Well, everybody in the office was super super nice especially Kate who did my preop paperwork, She was very, very nice and would laugh and answer questions and we were just talking and it was very very pleasant. All the other staff was very nice as well. Dr. May was extremely nice. Answered all my questions assured me that everything would be OK. The surgical team, what can I say... they were awesome! So accommodating, so sweet. It was a very pleasant experience I have to say. I would recommend Dr. May and his team anytime. Dr. May and his staff did an outstanding job with my cataract surgery. At 59 years old, I did not envision myself having cataracts that made me almost blind. Dr. May explained the process thoroughly and his staff explained thoroughly ever step of the surgery on the day of the procedure. They answered all of my questions and even worked with me to move my surgery earlier due to my inability to see. I am a second generation patient of Dr. May because my dad had his cataracts done 29 years ago. Dr. May was amazed at how quickly and well my eyes dilated, making it easier for him. I no longer have to wear contacs or glasses. l would recommend Dr. May 100% for cataract surgery. I can see the best I have seen in about 20 years.

Janna did an absolutely amazing job preparing my eyes for Dr Clymer to do my exam! I've been a patient at May Eye Care Center for many years, and numerous technicians there have helped me, but Janna is one of the best I've ever had! I'm 74 years old with cognitive difficulties. Janna was very professional and knowledgeable, but very patient and kind to me as well. I hope she's there next time I need to get my exam!

I had LASIK at May Eye Care and it was the best decision! The staff is awesome! Everyone is super kind, and they made the whole process really easy and stress-free. The procedure itself was quick, and they explained each step of the procedure while it was happening. My vision turned out great and I love not having to wear glasses or contacts anymore. If you're thinking about getting LASIK, I definitely recommend coming here!

I had both cataracts removed and Dr. May was AMAZING!! He did a wonderful job and all of the staff were kind and efficient. I am so happy that I went to May Eye Clinic. The professionalism was second to none! Thank you Dr. May and staff for a wonderful and caring experience!

Awsome experience with the May Eye Clinic for my cataract surgery. Total professionalism at all times, from the receptionist to the techs and the nurses and of course the doctor. I couldn't believe how quick the surgery went, and the results were outstanding. No pain at all ,and I was seeing like I have not seen in years. Unbelievable the difference before and after. I will recommend Dr. May and his team , no reason at all to live in the dark when you have this service and care available. Thank you.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this practice. During my visit, I felt dismissed and disrespected, and my concerns were not adequately addressed. What concerned me even more was witnessing the way staff members were treated. The interactions I observed felt unprofessional and created an uncomfortable environment for both employees and patients. I believe patients deserve respectful care, and staff deserve to be treated with professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and I will not be returning.
