Never ever go here!!! It's not run by Sams Club either!! Their examination equipment is of lower end quality. I can't even report them. Nobody to contact. When you get your examination there is a fan running that blows in your face drying your eyes out. I told her the fan was drying out my eyes making my eyes dry and impossible for me to focus. Examination was continued with fan blowing in my face!! Instructions she gives you are written on post it notes torn in half. You are never given a receipt or appointment cards. There is no paper trail whatsoever regarding your diagnosis or examination explanation documentation. When I was called and told my contacts were available for pick up, I was given a three week out pick up appointment, which was unacceptable and then I was given a 2 week out 2 pm appointment which I then accepted. I arrived at 2pm, however, the 2:30pm appointment was just walking back. Oh yes, it gets worse!!! I was taken back to a sink and the girl pointed to my contacts and walked out. How unprofessional is that? I put my contacts in and then sat in the adjoining room for 45 minutes. At 2:45pm I was finally taken to the exam room. Again the fan blowing in my face. I was then verbally given a follow up appointment. HOWEVER, WHAT THEY DIDN'T REALIZE WAS THAT MY HUSBAND WAS WAITING FOR ME!!!!! He overheard them talking about the fact that they took the wrong person back. So basically they had the time to sit there and talk about me and their mistake but never had the common decency to walk a couple yards to tell me why I was left sitting waiting and waiting. So I wasted $140 for absolutely nothing. I never went back and threw the trial contacts away. I want my money refunded, however, I have no receipt I have since received reputable and quality care with professional qualified employees and optometrist using high quality equipment.
