While I really do like the doctor that I see at this practice, the amount of time that I spend there for a visit is unreasonable. My last visit was an hour and 46 minutes from the time I walked in the door (5 minutes before the start of my appointment) until the time that I walked out of the door. I get that good care cannot be rushed; however, they schedule way too many patients at a time for the one doctor who is seeing patients. When I left at 5 pm there was no receptionist to schedule my next appointment and now two days later, no one has called me to schedule my appointment. The office is poorly run at best.

I was referred here by my eye doctor who had both of my insurances. I got a letter in the mail for an appointment here. However, when I came in, they refused to see me because they only accept my primary. They said they couldn't bill just the primary because it would be "fraud". When I asked if I could pay out of pocket I was informed that would also be "fraud". I never heard of anything like this, and, quite frankly, I'm disgusted. To act like you can't just bill the primary? I don't believe that, but okay. To tell me paying of pocket is insurance fraud? That's a complete and utter lie... PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
