Walmart Vision & Glasses

Michelle has been an amazing help to our family including the other day, helping me get the back off of my daughter's watch! My wife and my three daughters all wear glasses and Michelle has been wonderful for them to work with and my girls love how helpful she has been!! Today I went to the vision center with my daughters broken glasses and Cheryl helped us and she was FANTASTIC! She had a very pleasant attitude, greeted us nicely, was personable, and very accommodating. A+ to Michelle and Cheryl.

My family has been using Walmart vision center for 5 years. The ladies that works there is very knowledgeable about insurance, and was able to track down the vision coverage I had, despite me not having the card. She let me know exactly what my policy covered. Last time I went we saw a different lady and she was extremely helpful also, helping my kids select frames that are covered by the insurance. My kids asked for her opinion regarding which frames suited them the best and she gave it. Every time I have stopped by with some glasses part that broke, they have been able to fix it for us. They have even fixed a few pairs we didn't purchase at Walmart, at no cost.

Michelle was beyond wonderful. My daughter had a concern from another pair of glasses and Michelle took the time to determine that her glasses did match the script. She gave her helpful hints to making her adjustment easier. Very positive and informative assisting us to find extra-large men's frames as well. Out of the eight vision centers we visited while shopping, Michelle was by far the most helpful and excited to make our glasses exact and perfect for each of our needs. The selection was very good and worked with our insurance with no problems.

I went into that vision center years back to just have my glasses adjusted. The girl in there who still works in there; and I don't like to name names said she wouldn't do it period. I never went back and plan to never ever go back or recommend the Vision center to anybody period. I had felt very rejected and hurt she didn't show any good customer service.

Don't do it! I went here and the doctor told me my prescription "drastically" changed and that I needed bifocals as well. They ordered me the 350 dollars worth of two glasses and when I came to pick them up, I was completely unable to see a thing. They wanted me to wear them to get used to them and I said no, because I couldn't even see to walk out of the store. It was way way way wrong and they wouldn't listen to me. I had to come back to see the doctor for a prescription check and he was delusional. Tried telling me again that the reason I can't see out of my new glasses is because I didn't buy the bifocals and because my prescription drastically changed and I had to get used to them. He kept checking my eyes together and not separate. I said you need to be rechecking each eye because something's very wrong. He then told me since I knew everything I could go somewhere else and get a refund. Which I did. I left there in tears and I went to Pearle Vision. This doctor was great and I didn't tell him anything about my Walmart experience. At the end of the exam he said my prescription only changed slightly and my astigmatism changed a little bit as well. I said funny! This doctor at Walmart told me all this crazy stuff and made me feel like I was the one in the wrong. I will forever tell everyone DO NOT GO here. And shame on those women who work for him because you have to have seen this more than once. You girls looked at me like I was crazy too!

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. Very pleased with my beautiful new glasses. Lenses working great. Reasonably priced. They really worked with me to fit my glasses-I can be a difficult patient due to my facial deformities. My partner saw the eye doctor there and had a very good experience with his care at the appointment.

Great experience! Called and went in for a vision exam the same day. This was my first-time getting glasses and Michelle worked incredibly hard and was very kind while helping us through the process. Prices are available for every budget. Would definitely recommend!

I was a very satisfied customer of this walmart vision center. Everyone who helped me with my process of getting new glasses was extremely friendly and professional (Hard to come by these days). Michelle helped me get the order ready and kept it on hold for me while my optometrists receptionist (at private office) had me back and forth with giving me the correct information for my prescription needed. She helped me in picking out appropriate frames for my face shape, which was what hindered my desire to even wear glasses. Told me what to expect and answered all of my questions. The order for my glasses was placed on a Saturday and arrived the following Thursday and Friday (ordered 2 pair). Made adjustments when picking them up and I was set to go. If any adjustments needed to be made I was told to just walk back in. OVER ALL GREAT EXPERIENCE!
