Doctor was fine, most of the staff were fine, but the receptionist was a cold heated killer. I realize that clinics need to get paid but this person treated me and my son like hardened criminals. I would have cancelled the appointment right there if I didn't think they'd charge me for cancelling.
I don't think it was a bad day, either, because when I returned to pick up our prescriptions (two more visits, no big deal at all) she was just as awful.
Not going back there.
