There are no complaints about the doctor.
But the front desk...they job is terrible.
I tried to make the appointment by online through website (got the confirmation we will contact you in 12-24 hours), left a voice message, did not receive any answer even after a week of waiting in all ways.
The waiting time for an appointment with a doctor, considering that there was an appointment and you came on time... more than an hour at the reception... there is no desire to return to this clinic.

I traveled from Charlotte at the referral of a friend and it was well worth the drive . I was greeted warmly and processed promptly upon arrival. The entire staff (receptionist team, nurse and Dr. Barrett) was amazing. They were pleasant, professional and efficient. Dr. Barrett listened intently to my queries and allayed any concerns I had. She provided detailed feedback and managed expectations clearly.
No one looks forward to going to the doctor, but I feel confident I am in excellent hands for my upcoming procedure.

Only suggestion would be, that if you're planning on talking about someone, maybe make sure they can't hear you..the office is super quiet. You have patients all around and then to speak so loudly came off very unprofessional.
I did ask the doctor to recheck my right eye. I was polite to all the staff. The first girl that checked my vision was nice, maybe new, had to have someone check her work. No issues. The second lady that came in to check the work wasnt getting it or something..said that I kept picking numbers that made it blurry. Lol. To myself I was like, I've had glasses for like 30 years, I know how this works.
So after the doc dilated my eyes, went to the waiting room with everyone else. The second lady that checked my eyes then started speaking loudly about me and my dry eyes and that I was having trouble seeing the chart and the doctor rechecked them and it was right, etc.
Maybe she wanted me to hear it idk. I hadn't had insurance in a while so this was my first time in a couple years getting my eyes checked and just wanted to make sure it was right so I could get new glasses.
Anyway, this was my first time here and I don't think I'll be back.

The staff was polite and professional. It was greatly appreciated that I was not kept waiting for my appointment. It was scheduled for 10:30 and the technician called me in at 10:25. She patiently answered my questions and Dr. Perry was very thorough. She also patiently all of my questions. The office personnel also came out to the parking lot running after me because I forgot my eye prescription. That courtesy spared me a return trip to the office.

The office staff is always polite and friendly . I was concerned about an ongoing situation I had . Dr Perry showed genuine concern and patiently listened to the issues I was having . The first visit solved a secondary problem . The second visit was a longer and more detailed look at the issue . Thanks to Dr Perry the real issue was discovered . She took a great deal of time in explaining what was happening and the steps we would take . I left feeling like I had talked to a friend . Dr Perry is a kind caring professional .

Dr. Barrett was able to work my daughter in for an appointment same day after a gymnastics accident then we headed to surgery the same day. I am so grateful for the care her and her team provided to my daughter and to me last week. They were able to help my daughter when I was struggling with other practices even getting an appointment to be seen. Thank you Dr. Barrett!!!
