Optique

My experience with Optique was more than I could have expected. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with kindness. Melissa, Abigail, and Lexi were so very helpful and knowledgeable. They took care of my vision needs. am so pleased with the outcome (new progressive glasses and sunglasses)! They accepted my insurance, explained my benefits, and never once tried to upsell anything. This visit was a 10/10! I highly recommend this office.

I have very much enjoyed being a patient of Optique over the past couple of years! They are always friendly and thorough. Very good at explaining what tests they are performing and the results. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Nick and Dr. Brook are the best! Their staff is so friendly and helpful, the office is clean and welcoming and the service is top-notch. Both my daughter and I enjoy going there and feel well-cared for. I highly recommend them!

This is truly the best experience I have ever had!! Dr. Brook and Dr. Nick are amazing at what they do. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and were wonderful with my kids. They did an awesome job of explaining why they were doing things too. Lexi is a true gem. She is kind, friendly, delivers amazing customer service and is incredibly efficient. The prices are very competitive and I was very happy to support this local business:) I cannot recommend this amazing bunch of people enough!!

I'm so glad I found Optique for me and my girls! Super professional and polite, you never feel like you are being rushed, and they explain everything! I only wish that I had found them earlier! I've not been able to see this well in many years! If you care about your vision, this is where you go.

Dr. Nick was incredible and very thorough. One of the best experiences at the optometrist I've ever had. The entire team is very nice and helpful. I knew I found the right place for me on the 1st call to Optique. Lexi answered my call, and made the scheduling easy and informative! I like that they offer an in office eye plan if you don't have vision. My experience with Dr. Nick was amazing, and he made me feel like he was an old friend that I was catching up with. He took the time to get to know me and my past eye care. The communication & time taken to individualize my appointment was the BEST I have ever had! I recommend Optique to EVERYONE I know, and strangers too! Thank you for the great care!

I switched to this office because they accepted my eye insurance, and it's been a blessing all around! Very professional and knowledgeable. I had a rapidly developing eye infection and could barely see to drive. I went straight there during their lunch hour and they took me in! Extremely accommodating and helpful! They also texted me to be sure I was better, and called in a prescription out of town when I came back. Wonderful care and communication!!
