I'd drive 100 miles with one contact lens in just to see this optometrist. They're that good. The kind of good where you walk out thinking, "Wow, maybe I am the problem in other optometrist visits." Dr. Neff is the most down-to-earth, compassionate optometrist you'll ever meet. She's the kind of person who makes you forget you're in an exam room and not catching up with an old friend. The staff? Absolute legends. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and genuinely cared for.

Finally found a reliable eye doctor! Love Dr Neff and all her staff. So welcoming and friendly. Felt like I was hanging out with friends rather than at a doctor's office. So grateful to have found In Focus!

Dr. Neff is great but her staff, not so much. I have been a patient for over 10 years and have always been told, that if you ever need an another set of contacts to let her know and they would be happy to help. Well now I am in a situation where I will be traveling for 6 weeks and am at the end of my rx. When I called to get a spare set of contacts to get me through untikl the next appointment they tell me that I have to order a whole box that they cannot provide a set, even though they have my rx in stock and even though DR. Neff herself said they would provide them. The last several visits I have had issues with the staff, NOT Dr. Neff but I will be taking my business somewhere else in the future. I have lost all confidence in Infocus Eyecare's ability to provide customer service.

Dr. Neff and her staff is the best. She gave me a BIONIC EYE . Really they did a great job of taking care of my needs. I'm a new patient I made an appointment yesterday came in today and I was well taken care they made me feel welcomed they took their time never rushed answered all of my questions while explaining their answers in detail and options. Again THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL JOB YOU GUYS ARE DOING KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. I have a new home.

I've been a patient of Dr. Neff's for many years now. I started going after being diagnosed with Type One Diabetes in 2014 realizing my eyes were going to need annual check ups to keep me healthy. She is truly the best of the best. Her staff is so friendly and are quick to get me in and out without hassle. Dr. Neff always goes over everything with me and remembers the smallest details that just adds that touch of humanity to her. She and her staff aren't just an optometrist office, but a place I feel safe and leaves me knowing I am receiving the best care for my eyes.

I have been seeing Dr. Neff for more than ten years. She is professional, honest and cares about each patient. She has the right diagnosis and there are no mistakes. Great staff that create a happy atmosphere with excellent customer service. The office is lovely and there is a great selection of frames. I am happy to be one of her many patients.

Dr. Neff was awesome. The office staff was so nice and my exam was really thorough and complete. I felt Dr. Neff really cared about me as a patient and the health of my eyes. She took the time to explain what she had looked at and what my best options were. I also really enjoyed her as a person! I would highly recommend this office for your eye care.

Dr. Neff and staff are the absolute best. Our entire family looks forward to our annual exams because we enjoy everyone in the office so much. They are all true professionals, but also friendly and welcoming. We love In Focus Eye Care!
