Complete Family Eye Care

Complete family eye care staff are friendly and always smiling! My appointments always go smooth and I never have to wait long! I usually see O.D Williamson but recently saw O.D Ramos! He was friendly, fast, and made sure to explain everything to you! I highly recommend this place!

As a new patient Dr Ramos addressed my dry eye issues was coming just for a regular eye exam . I had been using OTC drops for over a year or so Noticed my eyes were feeling worse last few months .. kept using the drops . However the team exam my eyes very thorough etc. Dr Ramos said was not producing tears etc he highly recommended prescription drops instead of OTC z I have to say I was a little bit hesitant cause I just don't like to be on any type of medication. But when he said that it could cause blindness, I said oh no, it's time to surrender and take the prescription so thankful I did. I will follow up in 6 to 8 weeks and I pray fully believe that it's going to be better Thankful for Him and the office staff was amazing . Also the technician Valentina that helped me pick my eye glasses .

This was the first time in many years that I returned to get my eyes checked. I am very pleased at the care that I received from Dr Williamson and the wonderful staff starting at the front desk. Everyone was really friendly and professional. I will continue to keep going to this eye care center. Great experience!

Very happy with DR Ramos and the team. Everyone is friendly and supportive. This is my third year with Complete Family Eye Care. They helped me after major medical issues & surgery caused my eyes to deteriorate tremendously. My life completely changed and other eye doctors told me to wait and see and that I needed time to heal but Complete Family took care of me. I was able to resume life quickly. Forever grateful & thankful!

Dr Ramos is excellent. Always a positive experience. Staff is ok although they could be a little friendlier and more helpful. Optical person spent more time talking to coworker and sitting at his table. I will definitely return because of Dr Ramos, but I will go elsewhere to purchase my prescription glasses.

I had a great experience at this eye clinic. Everyone was very nice and professional, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. They went above and beyond with some additional tests and even referred me to a specialist in Houston for further care. I truly felt like I was in good hands. I'll definitely be coming back here and will also be bringing my kids in the future. Highly recommend! Dr. Ramos is very friendly, professional, and truly an expert in his field. I've been a patient of Dr. Ramos for over 17 years, and my family has been with him as well. The doctors and technicians are excellent, and my only complaint has always been about the front desk. The staff is consistently rude, unhelpful, and dismissive, calls go unanswered, messages don't get returned, and patients are made to feel like an inconvenience. The final straw was today. My daughter arrived within the 15 minute window for her appointment, but because the front desk was tied up with other patients, they marked her late and pushed her out two weeks. That delay was not hers, it was the office's. No courtesy, no flexibility, and no respect for our time or loyalty. Leadership really needs to take a hard look at how the front desk interacts with and cares about patients. It's disappointing to walk away after 17 years, but patients should not sacrifice being valued and treated kindly when other practices deliver both excellent doctors and excellent customer service.
