Five Points Eyecare

I'm so happy with my experience at 5 Points Eyecare. I am a new patient and I can't brag enough on the patient care shown to me during my visit. Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Everyone of them made me feel like I was the most important person in the room. There was no rushing the patient, they provided thorough explanations, and they asked if there was anything else I needed. For so many years now I have felt like a number in a long list of numbers at health care visits. Even better is they can provide this caring touch and still run a highly organized office. I have been to a number of Optometrists over the years but I have had the best experience here. From reception to clinical, it's all been great. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and the appointments are typically on time. I've seen Dr Crisp at least once per year the past few years. He is thorough with exams and recommendations, fully listens to concerns and takes time to answer any questions you have. If he doesn't know the answer to a question, he'll do some research and get back to you. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with my vision exam and glasses fitting. Dr. Crisp and the entire staff were friendly, patient, and very thorough. Everything was explained clearly--from the vision testing process to my insurance coverage and exactly what I would need to pay out of pocket. I really appreciated the transparency and care throughout the visit. Highly recommend!

The staff and Dr. Crisp are wonderful. It was a very pleasant experience. The doctor took his time and was patient with me. I felt very comfortable and assured I was receiving the best care. The staff in the optical are very nice and made the ordering of my new glasses easy. They even adjusted my current ones for me. I was a first time patient this week and upon entering, I was greeted by a very festive, homey feel to the office. The front desk ladies were very welcoming. Dr Crisp was awesome. I really appreciated his expertise and making sure I had the right prescription for my eyes. I plan to visit again to pick out some glasses but I did look at the selection which is wonderful. I highly recommend this office for your eye care needs.

Dr Castaneda and staff are excellent! Showed up today as a walk-in (no appt). I had what appear to be a foreign body on my right eye. The staff placed me on schedule between patients. Dr. Castaneda promptly and professionally identified the eye insult and provided care accordingly. I'm feeling much better and full resolution is expected within a few days. Thanks to all!
