The person that called me from the lobby and saw me first did not seem to be having a good day. She was professional and efficient in her job, but she was not friendly at all. Once I was done with her, everyone who helped me was pleasant and warm plus professional and efficient. I am happy with the care I have received at Dr Krishnan's office and I will tell others it is a great office.

The office is nice. Clean and well organized. The staff are very friendly and professional. The wait time was not bad at all. The doctor was caring and very knowledgeable and spoke on my level. I am very impressed.

We had a wonderful experience taking my mother here. Every staff member, from the friendly front desk team to the technician who performed the initial eye exam, was professional and kind. The doctor was exceptional--he took the time to explain exactly what was happening with my mother's eye in a way we could easily understand. We felt very well cared for and highly recommend this practice!"

Very smooth transfer of my elderly parents care of glaucoma. All the staff and doctors are extremely kind, patient, efficient and thorough. We did not feel rushed and they kindly answered all our questions and let us know what to expect from service to payments. Highly recommend!

I've had 3 appointments with the Eye Institute of Corpus Christi and I've been impressed with each of my visits. The staff is highly professional and they take time to address any questions or concerns I have. I am delighted that I have a highly trained professional team caring for me and my eyes. I have absolutely no reservations recommending the Eye Institute of Corpus Christi to anyone who needs eye care. They are the real deal!

I have been a patient at the Eye Institute for 8 years and have always been treated in a professional, caring manner. Whenever I had two minor boo-boos, I called and was seen the same day each time. I highly recommend the staff and doctors at this practice.

My arrival. Introduction to what was happening, the procedure, post care were 110%, absolutely outstanding. My only issue with the Eye Institute was the reluctance in the beginning to contact my secondary Veteran's insurance because MSH International representing Canada Life is an out of country insurance that covers additional costs like the $260 copay required prior to the operation at 100%. This puts the burden on the patient to claim back that $260 on their own. To do that I need an itemized statement complete with procedure codes that billing does not provide for 30-60 days. My money is tied up for 3-5 months with back and forth documentation that could all be avoided with one phone call. I would like a response to this posting with an explanation substantiating the Eye Institutes position please. The Eye Institute did indeed follow up and did an outstanding job rectifying my issue. Consequently I had to change my 4 rating I gave them to the 5 's they truly deserve. From an old sailor, Bravo Zulu!

It was easy to make an appointment, seating was comfy, wait wasn't long at all, staff and doctors were extremely friendly, and they made sure to express the importance of wearing tinted or shaded glasses upon leaving the office and/or having a ride due to the eye-dilation. Overall, a pleasant experience.
