Great customer service and huge variety of quality frames for all types of heads and faces. I love how friendly everyone is and how they truly make you feel welcome and give you advice on what type of lenses to get depending on your vision necessities. Even without insurance their prices are reasonable. Definitely my favorite lense place.

There was a little wait, but definitely tolerable. Staff was ready to go and fast with options. In total I ordered three pairs of glasses and they were all ready in 30 minutes. I've never been able to get glasses same day, so I was amazed. My son, who's picky with frames, was able to find a pair he liked and pick them up quickly. 100% will be back!

Great experience from start to finish. There were 3 of us needing to be examined and they were able to accommodate us back to back. They were family friendly and efficient. When we went next door even with their being 3 of us needing glasses, the representative helped us out and knew what he was doing. Finally and the most shocking for me was all 6 pairs of our glasses yes you read correctly 6 pairs were all ready in less than an hour. Our previous eye place took up to 2 weeks to get because they had to ship them off. Here nope they had our lenses in stock and before he was even done ringing us up half of our glasses were done. I can not thank you enough. I have already recommended this place to my co workers for their time management customer service skills and knowledge. Even seeing as many patients as they were, they didn't rush us and explained things. Thank you!

The employee was very friendly and answered all our questions. The prices were reasonable. They created the lenses and had my sons glasses ready within 16 minutes. The only downfall was my other son had a pair of favorite glasses and just wanted lense replacements. They were unable to do it because the frame was plastic. We were able to take it to another eye glass place and they were able to complete our request with no issues.

Overall not a great experience from the beginning to the end, I stopped by after work and instead of making me feel welcomed, I was informed of the closing time. When my bill was done all different things were added without explaining. When picking up my glasses it seemed it was a bother to them, I was handed my glasses and a card to read without any explanations like the first day, I mentioned they were a bit snug and was told they would give after wearing. Overall, will not be returning to this place.

I've been coming to Eyemart for several years now and each time I've come it's always been a good experience. While you do have to wait to be seen as that place is always busy they do make sure to take care of you and work with you. Each Representative is Attentive to their Guest, they don't treat you like your just another transaction and they really make sure you walk out with what you want. Sergio really went above and beyond to tend my glasses needs and wants and made sure I walked out with the frame I had previously seen online. One thing I will say is make you ask about online versus in store as those two options vary. Overall Great Experience.
