I have known Dr Crisp for over the 15 years as he coached my son's basketball team in elementary school. I always respected him and his business. My disabled daughter and Grandaughter have been patients for several years . This is the first time she even had issues. My Grandaughter broke her glasses and my daughter took her in in August and paid for another pair. She was not eligible for her yearly pair. As I stated she is disabled and on a limited income. She is now eligible so they went to go get some better glassea. The pair she picked were not her first choice but due to limited income they got what they could afford. The lady to assist was at first very nice. Went to her computer and came back so belligerent and rude it embarrassed not only my daughter but Grandaughter .Accusing her of owing over $300 and not paying it. My daughter told her there just be a mistake and the woman became more belligerent: Telling my daughter she will do nothing for her or my Grandaughter until she pays the $300. Insistent that she paid that money NOW. My daughter paid for the previous pair and again tried to inquire as to what the glasses were when etc. The lady was so rude and loud and they got so embarrassed by her "performance" they literally walked out. My daughter has a receipt showing she paid cash for the baby's pair but the lady wouldn't even listen. I hope Dr Ceisp reads this and talks to his staff about working with the public. Especially disabled clients. Instead of trying to belittle them in front of everyone and embarrassing a 10 year old to the point she was in tears telling me about it. It's a shame. And to the woman who treated my daughter and Grandaughter this way. Shame on you. Just shame on you!

Dr Crisp has taken care of me and my kids (now grown) for a while, i definately recommend him.
