A friend recommended Dr. Browning to me, and I am very pleased with the experience. A technician or assistant conducted all the testing using their equipment. Dr. Browning met with me afterward and reviewed the results in detail. He was personable and professional, explaining everything in clear, understandable terms. My vision has actually improved, and he advised that I can wait up to two years before returning for another exam, unless my vision changes sooner or my prescription no longer meets my needs. I highly recommend Dr. Browning!

My wife was prescribed contact lenses after visiting the Corpus Christi branch and wore them for about a year. From the beginning, she was uncomfortable and unhappy with them, but I reassured her that it might just take time to adjust to a new prescription and provider.
A year later, once our insurance was accepted again by her previous optometrist, she returned for an exam. According to that doctor, her vision had deteriorated significantly, roughly equivalent to six years of progression. He declined to prescribe contact lenses due to the damage and instead instructed her to wear glasses exclusively for 30 days to allow her eyes to recover before reconsidering contacts. She now requires bifocals.
We were extremely concerned to learn that her prior exam appeared rushed, lasting only about five minutes, barely within what we understand to be the company's own 7 minute - time-per-patient policy. Prioritizing volume over thorough care can lead to serious consequences. In our experience, the limited exam time resulted in inadequate evaluation and attention, and my wife's vision has suffered as a result.
We are currently exploring our options, including potential legal action, if appropriate.

I am new in the area and my family and I saw I believe Dr. Trevino which his name is not listed. The office is impressively big compared to other offices I have been to. Which I was very surprised they don't offer a restroom in this office and you have to walk down to the other side of mall. That is very inconvenient and risky of your name is called and you are not here. Lots of patients in the waiting area did ask for a restroom and sat down cause they don't want to leave. I think ya'll should have considered a small restroom. Too much for upfront space for lots of seats not being utilized.
