Entering business I was nicely greeted I was given recommendations on frame's to my face shape plus conversation with attendant was bilingual that was a big plus. Business was very clean and organized. Overall awesome experience. Thank you ladies for a job well done.

Horrible service was told to wait and they would be with me in a few which I had no problem with. So I proceeded to look for my glasses while I waited to make it easier. Found the pair I wanted in which another customer walked in they then proceeded to help her right away even though I had been patiently waiting. Mind you the employee that told me to wait was heading for the door so I told her excuse me was I going to be helped but she was to worried about taking her lunch break and stated someone else would help me. So here I am driving 45 mins to the kingsville to hopefully to get better service.

Older lady in there was attempting to help and was very opinionated on what my daughter and I chose. She made my daughter doubt frames she looked great in and initially loved..lady even had opions on my choices of frames when she wasn't asked. If that wasn't bad enough they couldn't figure out insurance when i very clearly showed them I was covered and they had advertisements for my vision insurance. I had to call and speak to an agent to try and sort it out. I felt like I was being scammed or upsaled to boost commissions??? I immediately went to the Kingsville eyemart express location and everything went quickly and smoothly and they service was sooooo much better and more professional!

Good selection of frames at really reasonable prices. I have a low bridge so it's hard to find frames to fit but I found 2 frames that worked AND I like them!!!

I went into Eyemart Express, Corpus Christi with a 40% off coupon to order glasses for my son. He picked out frames priced at $67. When we took them to the desk, I was quoted $296 for a very basic package, and was told that was the lowest they could go even with the coupon. That price felt extremely inflated.
When I got home, I went on the Eyemart Express website and was able to order the exact same glasses with the same features for $112. Clearly, the in-store pricing is marked up, and additional features are pushed to increase the total. It felt like a scam. On top of that, the employees were loudly chatting to each other and gossiping about corporate issues while I was standing there. It came across as very unprofessional.
I will not be going back in store again. Ordering online is the way to go.

This was the first time I ventured out of my comfort zone, that being the eyeglasses area at my eye doctor's office in my hometown. I was approached by Ella who was very informative and showed me lots of different brands and styles of frames she noticed I was most interested in. I finally decided on some nice ones. When we sat down to finalize my order, she informed me that I would get a second pair for free! That blows my mind. So I got two pairs of eyeglasses for my co-pay that day. I'm telling all my friends and family to go there!
