The staff at this store are not properly trained on how to properly assist customers with their vision healthcare needs. This creates a severely negative experience causing services to be way below what is expected from a vision healthcare provider. After spending almost $1500.00 for two pairs of progressive lenses, I will not be going back to this store due to the unprofessional experience. Complaining to management was worthless.
Go figure...I tried to submit a complaint on the link they sent...and "page not found".
