All staff is wonderful. They work in pleasing customers and following the prescription orderd by the doctor. When you first open their door, you hear friendly greetings and see all smiles. They are wanting your service and expresses appreciation. I don't need to go any other place to get my eyewear. I'm happy visitng this location because of their friendliness and accuracy in fulfilling my needs. They are fantastic ! to get my eye glasses

Deeply disappointed with them. Have always used them in the past for my glasses and went yesterday to get a prescription filled and wasn't even in there 5 minutes and they immediately told me I would have to $189 for progressive lenses and I wouldn't be able to use my full benefit amount allowed by my insurance. They didn't even give me an option whether I wanted progressive lenses or not they just said because I would need no line bifocal thats what I would have to have. I have always had no line bifocal and have never had to have progressive lenses for my glasses. It's MY choice if I want them but the 2 girls there insisted that it would be that way. Then they argued with me that I couldn't use my full benefit amount and one even said wel I contract with United Health care and thats the way it is. So now rather than get my glasses from a place I've always gone and from an owner I've always respected I will be going somewhere else. It's too bad.

I called multiple Optical locations and noone would fix my glasses. I had to get them at that location to fix them. Not this place. They said they could fix me up FREE of charge. I was ecstatic when they fixed them. Absolutely an amazing place. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and caring. Best experience I've ever had. Thank you! 5 Stars!

Very kind and Wonderful staff super helpful fixed my wifes glasses only eye glass shop that could find the missing screw to fix them mom and pop shop please support local businesses

We have been getting our glasses here for over 20 years. Best customer service and Linda is great at adjusting my glasses. I am very picky with them being crooked, and she can get them just right. She is also great at helping you choose a frame that goes well with your face. Would definitely recommend the place with no reservations.

Took a friend of mine to get her glasses repaired and they were very friendly, took care of her glasses and even helped me with mine. Absolutely recommend, very friendly, great prices!
