I absolutely love this place. Dr. Dinh is an excellent optometrist. If you want a great exam go see him. The entire staff is always very welcoming, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to help you. Mario is one of the outstanding opticians who helps you find that perfect fit and style.
I enjoy seeing him when I go in. He always has a smile on his face and a willingness to help you, I appreciate him. They also have a wonderful selection of eye glasses and sunglasses. If you want to get an accurate exam and receive excellent customer service, go check out T.S.O in Parkdale Plaza. Thank you, guys. I love my glasses and sunglasses!

They totally suck!
I went by to look at frames since this is my first time buying glasses! The door is always locked( you have to call to be let in)
They said they couldn't let me in to look at frames unless I had a script from my dr( I did , but left it at home)
This is utterly ridiculous!
I guess they really don't want or need my

The people at this place are absolutely fabulous. The entire staff are kind, courteous and professional and the doctor is the best! I would never consider going anywhere else. Today one of my lenses fell out of my glasses I called them at 4:40 p.m. in a slight panic because without my glasses I'm not able to read. They told me to bring them in and they would do their very best to get them done today if not they would be ready by tomorrow by noon. I brought them to them and they came to my car, which is extremely helpful therefore I didn't have to get out and I had a 2-year-old with me. They took them and they called me back within less than 5 minutes and had them ready and they were as good as new. I would like to thank the entire staff of TSO Parkdale for their extreme expertise and kindness! I would recommend for anyone and everyone to go to this place for their glasses and eye exams they are the best! Thank you TSO PARKDALE!

An eye exam is treated less like a medical appointment and more like a sales opportunity. The concerns I mentioned weren't addressed, and they were more oriented toward selling me more expensive brands of contacts. The majority of the exam time revolved around having me try on more expensive contact lens brands. I had to ask multiple times to stick with my much cheaper current brand that I said from the beginning was working perfectly.

Purchased Oakley frames less than a year ago. Have brought them back 3 times as the lenses fall out. The last time I was told they didn't have the part to fix and couldn't get it for 2-3 weeks. I was told to go to LensCrafters for repair. Very poor service after sale. Salesperson was rude and incompetent.
