Ive been coming here for years and bring all my kids here as well for their glasses. They are warm welcoming, fast working when needed, and very patient with my children. The environment is always clean and smells lovely. If you have children with glasses, I 100% recommend Pro Optical. I can't imagine going anywhere else for all my eye needs. We even get our new eye exams right next door. Super convenient! They are family oriented and we enjoy hearing updates on their family while getting our new glasses adjusted! Very good people!

Came in today looking for the right frame of glasses and Priscilla was so kind and welcomed us in. She gave me great information to help make my decision in my possible future purchase. After returning a few hours later we were greeted with more friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend Pro Optical

I've been coming here for years and bringing my kids too the owner is so welcoming and staff is great fast service great quality of glasses but today the lady that helped us I would love to give her 100 gold stars she was so helpful very kind and caring took time to help us out and talk with us even though there was a lot of people in there today lol but she deserves recognition so Thank you VANESSA VERDUZCO YOURE AMAZING

This place is absolutely amazing. I remember when my parents used to take my siblings and I when they were located at the sunrise Mall. I just left and they were able to adjust my glasses that I purchased there over four years ago. He was so friendly as always. The customer service is outstanding and the prices are so affordable.

By far the best place I have taken my children to get glasses customer service is over the top I was so drained from being turned away from other places and the lady at the front desk was just so kind and reassuring letting me know my twins would be able to get their glasses and that they would be ready in an hour my boys were super excited we were able to go back and pick up the same day and even then my autistic son didn't like his eye glass case and wanted his brothers he was upset as we were walking out and one of the lady's at the desk came up to my son and offered to give him the same case as his brother and that's just warmed my heart how kind they were to us and how fast they were able to help us I will be returning in the future for glasses myself thank you pro optical team

I had such a wonderful experience. The staff were helpful and friendly. The prices are fantastic. Best prices I've ever paid. $59 for a complete set of bifocals, friendly and fast service. Glasses were ready in 2.5 hrs and I usually have to have them sent. Good selection of frames. I'm blown away. I'm just shocked to get glasses same day. Excellent service.
