I am a long term satisfied customer. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I never have felt like they were up-selling me. Even after service and product are rendered and paid for, they still help. I definitely get value here.

My first experience at Reliable Optical was life changing. It sounds like I'm exaggerating, however, with my Optical Prescription(thick), I was always limited in my choices. I dealt with Manuel, and he went the extra mile to get the fit of frames and took advantage of all the new technologies that are out there. There was absolutely no adjustment period to adapt to my new lens. I highly recommend Reliable Optical.

My experience with this company has been disappointing, especially regarding their warranty policy and product quality. I bought a pair of safety glasses with high hopes, but it didn't take long for issues to appear. Warranty Not Honored: When my glasses needed repairs, I reached out expecting the warranty to cover it. Instead, I was told that the damage wasn't included. It felt like they were finding loopholes to avoid honoring the warranty, which was one of the main reasons I bought from them. Anti-Glare is a Hoax: One of the selling points was the anti-glare coating, but I was shocked to find out it only lasts a year. This was never mentioned during the purchase, and after a year, the glasses became difficult to use due to glare. This "feature" feels like a gimmick to get customers in the door without actually adding long-term value. Poor Customer Service: When I tried to address these issues, customer support was unhelpful and unwilling to assist. Instead of finding solutions, they gave dismissive answers and didn't seem to care about the customer experience. I wouldn't recommend this company if you're looking for quality and reliability. They overpromise and underdeliver, and their warranty and anti-glare feature aren't as trustworthy as they claim.

Very organized clinic. I was seen on time, and the entire process--from exam to selecting lenses--was smooth and stress-free.

I have used Reliable optical for glasses and sunglasses. The Barrera family is very easy to work with and reliable. They go above and beyond for their customers.

They explained everything clearly and didn't rush the appointment. I felt like they really cared about my long-term eye health.
