Dr.Bhakta treated our son so beautifully being patient with his needs. He was so understanding in the moment my son had a meltdown in office as most autistic children and special needs may experience. He took the time out of his day to allow us to take a break so we could go calm him down and purchase a toy from next door and he understood the importance of child first. A sincere thank you to Dr. Bhakta and we will be coming back as well as referring more people your ways.

Dr. Bhakta listens and treats patients with respect. He is the most intelligent optometrist I have ever had. I have a rare condition and he has always kept me aware of how my condition applies to the health of my eyes. He really cares about his patients. I have been seeing him for 7 years now.

This place is so unprofessional! I went in to make an appointment and the girl was rude but I decided to pay no mind to it because everyone has bad days. Come day of the appointment I am a stay at home mom so I take my son everywhere I can. I have no one else to take care of him and I never got told not bring children. As soon as I walk in the lady in the front Tells me that if my son gets fussy, I'll have to reschedule. Mind you you son was not making noise or anything he was eating something. After a while my son started to get frustrated he was not yelling or running around he was Sitting in his stroller, making noises because he Wanted to play. The lady walked out and told me I needed to reschedule I asked why? She sed my son would not allow me to get the Exam done. Once again. I asked why if he would be sitting in his Stroller she Proceeds to tell me that I should reschedule. She told me this in front of 5/6 other customers. I told her to cancel everything and that I would not be going back my son was not yelling not crying and was not being disrespectful he was simply making noise wanting to play. I have never had a problem with my son getting told he is to loud or disruptive I discipline my son because I know he has to be respectful and mindful that not everybody want to hear kids crying running or yelling this was absolutely ridiculous and embarrassing.

We love Dr.Bhakta and his staff! The wait is never long and everything is so clean. Everyone is always so attentive and friendly. The vibes are very welcoming

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Bhakta for a long time now. Both him and his staff have always been kind and respectful. Dr. Bhakta always takes time to explain everything and help out in any way possible.

5 stars all the way! Would give 100 stars if I could! This place was very professional, staff was very nice , I was seen very fast & Dr is very nice and communicated extremely well with me . I been to other optometrists , but this place is the best!

I have been with Dr. Bhakta for 14 years and he had been a great Dr. his staff is amazing and professional. He now sees my family members.
