Dr Setterberg is wonderful and a very qualified and compassionate optometrist. Her staff is frustrating. I called about 3 weeks ago and talked with a lady who was supposed to call me back. She took notes from my request. No call and no notes found in my file. Then dealt with David who at first seemed to want to be helpful, but in the end, refused to help. Dr Setterberg deserves better staff than this.

Very bad customer service! I was to receive my glasses with 10 / 14 days and it's been about a month!! And still no glasses! Rose is so Rude, no help what so ever! I left a message for manager/ Dr to return my call it's been a 1 1/2 weeks and still no return phone call! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!! Dr was thorough, but bad customer service makes everything else worthless! 1st and last time here!

I lost my prescription sunglasses at Oso Bay and was headed to Lens Crafters but saw Vision Boutique across the street. I dont usually frequent businesses labeled 'Boutique' but there they were...less than a block away. So I stopped in and had my eyes checked, sunglasses ordered, and was quoted 7-10 business days for delivery. After paying ~$1200, I figured that was a bit high but I was thinking it would be worth it as wind was coming up and I would be able to kite. Well, the 10 days came and went and when I called to get a status, they changed it from 7-10 days to 10-14 business days, which once you toss in the weekends, equals about a month of waiting. "Woah! This isnt the original timeframe I was quoted." Oh there must've been a misunderstanding but 10-14 days is what we quote our clients. In other words, we arent wrong, you are. So Thanksgiving is coming up and that means an extra day of waiting. So Im kicking myself for not going with the big name brand store and do not recommend this business. Id attach a pic but it would just be my face with no sunglasses. This place really feels unorganized and like they arent sure of what they're doing.

Hubby had one of the greatest experiences in Dr. Ashley's office yesterday (8/2/25). I walked in with him and our 1 year old and we were instantly greeted with smiles throughout the office! The lady that helped my husband pick and order his glasses, was an amazing lady! She explained thoroughly what his insurance covered and made sure he was good to go! Not only did she care about him being satisfied....she went above and beyond offering us bottled waters and offered our other family in the vehicle bottled waters too! She even went as far as giving me a hug when I explained that it was the best vision office we had ever been too and that we actually felt apart of their family! Dr. Ashley was so amazing and extremely knowledgeable when it came down to giving my husband a detailed breakdown of exactly what was going on with his vision! She was reassuring, precise, and so caring!! Hands down best optometrist we've ever met!! From the minute we walked in till the very second we walked out, we were both very satisfied!! Definitely keeping his routine eye exams with Dr. Ashley's office and may even bring myself and our 4 kiddos here from now on too!

Arrived on time. Taken back for eye exam 30 minutes after scheduled time. The doctor spent a good of amount of time explaining my need or lack there of for glasses. Also discussed my dry eyes and allergies. We picked out some frames and felt well taken care of. The only draw back was the very bright sun coming In the windows Definitely need some blinds on these windows. Back to pick up glasses and contacts for my wife. Only glasses were there? Was told we did not initially pay for my wife's contact exam so had to pay another $75 for an exam that took place several weeks ago? Then learned they did not order the contacts that I thought we had paid for and changed another $95 for them and have to wait for them to come in. The optometrist came out a whispered to the clerk and would not even make eye contact with me. Seemed to be avoiding me. The lady at the counter did give me a sample pair for my wife to wear until they came in. I personally feel they are unorganized and feel I paid much more than we did last year at TSO. Will go back there next year. Not happy with this place. After trying my new glasses that I felt were off somehow, I am now wearing my old glasses from a prior eye exam. I need to go back and discuss this with them and have not done this. Really do not have time off to do this. Not very happy with this place. :(

Doctor Setterberg truly cares about her patients! She has taken care of myself and other members of my family for years! The staff is very welcoming and always there to help! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Definitely recommend. They have trendy and unique frames you will not find elsewhere!

.Dr. Settenberg and her staff were so helpful and courteous to me. My eye exam was thorough. She and both her staff bent over backwards to help me find the right frames and lenses that I could afford, yet would work for me. I really appreciate all the time they spent with me to get my vision good again.

Dr. Setterberg is the very best, and all her staff members are equally friendly,professional, and kind! I have never had such a variety of exams. They get to the bottom of the cause of your issue. My husband who was born with eye issues is also a patient. We wouldn't go anywhere else! We highly recommend VISION BOUTQUE!
