I was helped by a kind woman named Monica who went above and beyond for me in helping me figure out my insurance and what would help in getting me to see as cheaply as possible. Highly recommend her service and the service here ! She was also a warm personality!

My experience at the Walmart vision center was truly a pleasant experience. The staff was amazing, they were very knowledgeable and helpful. I got my glasses back in just a couple of days and they fit perfect. I would recommend everyone.

I'm really glad I chose to get my lenses made here! I actually bought my frames somewhere else, but I heard they could still fit lenses into outside sourced frames--so I came in, and I'm so glad I did. From the beginning, Jessica and Monica were super helpful. It ended up being a longer journey than expected--I had to get my lenses made three times! That might sound like a bad thing, but bear with me. The first pair I tried were made with one of their two options: the digital high-index lenses. As soon as I put them on, my vision felt off--I couldn't see clearly felt like I was wearing bifocals, and everything looked a little wonky. Jessica did everything she could to make them work: adjusting the nose pads, tilting the lenses in the frame, bending the frames--you name it. They really went above and beyond to try and fix the issue. But unfortunately, I still couldn't see clearly. Jessica then suggested I go back to my eye doctor for a recheck. The doctor was confident that the prescription was right, so I returned to try the second lens option--the non-digital lenses. After waiting another week, I gave them a try... and they were slightly better than the first, but still I struggled seeing. I wore them for another 2-3 weeks hoping to adjust, but my vision still wasn't right. At this point, I felt like giving up and just living with blurry vision. But because I saw how much effort they put in and how much they genuinely cared, I gave it one last shot and insisted on another eye exam (Mind you I'm in the -7.50-75 power range. To give you a glimpse and to how bad I actually need to see with my glasses). And guess what? It turns out my prescription was off--by a quarter! That tiny change made all the difference. With my updated prescription and the third set of lenses, I can finally see clearly! I'm so grateful to both Jessica and Monica for all their patience, dedication, and hard work through this whole months-long process. Thank you so much for sticking with me and making sure I ended up with lenses that actually allowed me to see clearly.
