Today's visit was honestly life-changing thanks to Dr. Arjun Karsan! He is by far the BEST eye doctor I've ever had. For the first time in my life, someone actually tested everything thoroughly instead of relying on previous prescription numbers. I was always told since childhood that I had a strong astigmatism (exactly -1.25 every year, which seemed unusual because this value typically changes over time). Dr. Karsan was the first provider to perform the full duochrome test to confirm my cylinder. To my surprise, my true astigmatism measured only -0.75. A small difference on paper, but it made a huge impact on my vision clarity and comfort. The red and green color rings he used during testing were completely new to me, which is what prompted me to ask about them. That was when he explained their purpose in fine-tuning astigmatism correction. Aside from the initial autorefractor reading (the balloon image test), I had never experienced this level of refinement before, and it made all the difference. Dr. Karsan took the time to thoroughly evaluate my vision, explain what he was doing, and make sure the results were accurate for me, not just what was on paper. I recently visited America's Best Contact & Eyeglasses, and was extremely satisfied with the service. The staff were professional, Marwa, and Arjun provided excellent care when helping me choose my eyeglasses and lenses . I highly recommend them. I even recieved a free contacts.

Walked in for a warranty on my eyeglasses. The service was great! I was greeted by two workers, Aline and Jessica. They were both very friendly and helpful. My frames were no longer in stock so I had to pick a new pair. Both ladies, Jessica and Aline helped me pick out a new pair of glasses and I was impressed by the knowledge and attention they gave me. They said it would take two weeks but they rushed my order and thee glasses were done in one week! Great work ladies and thanks for your help!!!I hope they get recognition from the company as I plan to return and purchase a second set of glasses.

I recently came in for new glasses and couldn't be happier with the experience. I was able to get my prescription updated (which I really needed!) and pick out two designer frames with all the extras for hundreds less than what others quoted me. The whole process took about an hour and a half -- quick, easy, and stress-free. Jessica was fantastic -- super helpful, patient, and let me move at my own pace. I'll definitely be a customer for life. I'm genuinely grateful that places like this still exist!

I've frequented this location several times and currently on my 4th pair of glasses from them. Today in particular, I was assisted by an amazing employee named VALENTINA, who is also a miracle worker that fixed my glasses after I had accidentally bent the frame. It's this extra effort that is so rare in customer service nowadays. Thanks again and I'll definitely be back to do business again soon.

Very friendly staff. A welcoming environment. The one down fall is they were unorganized with my order. I purchased a brand "pair" eyeglasses with 3 extra toppers. I received the wrong toppers (colors). They are now researching if one topper is on back order or discontinued. Which are two different things. It maybe best to get the frames here and order the toppers online at the Pair website. They have tons of cute options. I was hoping to have a stress-free experience since I was so excited about the new brand. Again the ladies are very helpful and kind. Maybe its this specific set of glasses that causes some confusion with the order and deliveries from the lab.

Service was fast and the staff are very friendly. I came in to order contacts for the first time and the sweet lady who works at the contacts area, Esther, was very patient and helpful in training me despite being a first time contacts wearer !

All the staff members were nice and welcoming. Unfortunately one person can ruin the overall experience of an entire visit. At the time of finishing my visit, when I was about to pay, Jessica did not acknowledge our presence. When she provided information she did not project her voice making it a guessing game to follow along to her instructions. In contrast, her tone had no issues when maintaining a conversation with a coworker in the desk right next to hers. The most upsetting part was not knowing what I was paying for. I did not know the additional charges until I was about to pay, and when I asked for clarification she did not have the ability to confidently collect her thoughts and give me a breakdown. Both my girlfriend and I were astonished by the incapacity to express herself, lack confidence, and lack of customer service in such an important role. Her customer service and social skills will result in future customers either getting upset or leaving this facility unhappy and probably not wanting to come back.
