I am extremely disappointed with how my Oakley sunglasses order was handled through this office. It took nearly a month for my order to arrive, and when it finally did, the sunglasses appeared used -- no protective covers, smudged lenses, and clearly not in new condition. Throughout the delay, I called multiple times for updates and was repeatedly told I would receive a tracking number and receipt. The lack of communication, accountability, and organization at every step has been completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, no solution or compensation was ever offered for the delay or the condition of the product. I expected far better professionalism and customer care from a medical office and from a business representing a premium brand like Oakley. This entire experience reflects serious failures in both service and quality control. I would strongly caution others to think twice before ordering eyewear here -- the frustration and lack of follow-through simply aren't worth it.

Firstly, they take 3 weeks to get glasses made! That is much more time than I have ever had to wait for any glasses. I sent glasses to be made and they broke the very next day. I took them back and they said they would have them fixed the next day, they didn't! Expect to be on hold for 10 minutes or longer anytime you call to check if glasses are ready. Then when you go pick them up or visit their office for any reason, you will sit and wait for at least 20 minutes even if you are just there to pick up the glasses that already took three weeks to make and you already had to wait on the phone several times because the weeks passed and no one called. Terrible, terrible. They say they will call or text when they are ready and they don't! The front desk people give a uncomfortable vibe. Do not get glasses made here. Oh yeah, my son was given the incorrect prescription when he had his eyes checked. Their doctors are not knowledgeable about visual disorders and only check acuity.

I had a great experience at EyeSite of Katy! The staff were welcoming and efficient from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my eye health and prescription. The office was modern, clean, and they had a great selection of frames. I really appreciated how thorough and friendly everyone was -- it made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a local eye care provider who truly cares.

I had such a great experience picking out my new glasses! Josie was absolutely wonderful--patient, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I'm a hard fit and she heard my complaints about glasses and turned it into getting compliments on my glasses! If you want someone who truly cares and makes the process easy, go see Josie!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with my optometrist, Stephanie! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She was incredibly attentive to every detail, ensuring that my exam was thorough and that I understood everything along the way. What really stood out to me was how she explained all of my benefits and helped me get the absolute most out of my insurance, it was clear she genuinely cared about me as a patient, not just as another appointment. I truly believe no one else could have done a better job. She has earned a client for life, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and detail-oriented optometrist!

I'm so grateful I found this place! I needed an eye exam and was able to get a same-day appointment thanks to Stephanie. The doctor was so kind and made the exam quick and comfortable, and afterwards Stephanie went above and beyond helping me pick out glasses. I even left with two pairs since they carry Maui Jims! Everyone here was so friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience felt easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this office to anyone--I've already told my family and friends and will definitely be coming back!

Went this Monday, they squeezed me in late minute which already was amazing. Lily and Dr. Daniel attended me and they were both so attentive and amazing! They took their time explaining everything and helping me pick glasses and contacts. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a place to go.

I've been going to Eyesite for 15 years, and every visit I'm met with kindness and professionalism. Dr. O'Neill and his staff are truly wonderful. Most recently, as I was ordering my new lenses, I had the pleasure of working with Mia, who patiently took the time to help me with my prescription. I couldn't be more grateful for the excellent care and service.
