Came in to get new prescription glasses, and the whole process went extremely smoothly!
Everyone was enjoyable to talk to. Very helpful when it comes to any questions or concerns. Made sure I had all the answers that I was looking for.
Brian helped me pick out my glasses and sunglasses. He gave me helpful insight and was very knowledgeable about the different add-ons to the lenses.

Just had my first cataract surgery yesterday. The 2nd scheduled in 2 weeks. The staff is very efficient and pleasant. On time, well organized, no excessive wait time. They gave me all the information I needed and made it all very easy. Dr. Doe explained everything and was wonderful. I have gone to Berkeley for many years for vision correction. As far as I am concerned, they are the best. And they are conveniently located.

6 months ago I would have left a far different rating, but Berkeley,(namely Dr.Doe) made things right. I had a cataract surgery in my right eye and paid for a premium lens. I never dreamed I wouldn't correct my vision. I was only seeing 20/50, even after several months. After many trip, exams, & consults it was decided I needed another surgery. Dr.Doe made it right! Him and his staff were amazing. I now see 20/20 and could not be more pleased!!
The left eye is not quite ready for surgery so while awaiting for it to be "ripe", I ordered glasses. Suzanne was absolutely a delight to deal with. She was extremely patient, & most helpful with my choosing my glasses. I have to admit, I was a tad tense going in, but the experience could not have gone better! So "10" for the doctors, surgeon, & glasses department staff at Berkeley Eye Center! Thanks!

Dr. Horchek is very nice, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Seth (the prep technician) was also very knowledgeable and helpful. He always has a great attitude and outlook on life. And Kathy (the check out clerk) is very efficient and another one who is a pleasure to talk to. Kathy is very considerate and nice. And Kathy works with me to make sure I have no scheduling conflicts. I find everyone at Berkley Eye Care Center is very nice and very professional.

Berkeley Eye Center Katy exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I came in for LASIK and every single person I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in until I left.
They also ran several tests to make sure I was a safe candidate for LASIK, which made me feel even more confident in moving forward.
Olga was amazing. She explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and walked me through the entire process step by step, which helped me feel comfortable.
Dr. Garrett was also great. He took time to go over the procedure with me and made sure I understood what to expect.
On the day of surgery, Dr. Doe performed my LASIK and he and his team were excellent. They checked on me constantly before, during, and after the procedure, and made sure I was doing okay the whole time.
I highly recommend Berkeley Eye Center Katy to anyone considering LASIK. Great experience and an even better team.
