This place is a well oiled machine!!!! From the front to the back everyone was so nice. Melody, Jerminee, Amanda A, Kim, Michelle and Dr. Wright really treated me like family. If you're considering getting lasik Mann Eye Institute Katy is where you need to go!!! I was so comfortable and they walked me through everything. Love this location! The front desk got me in last minute so I'm very appreciative of Wendy, Stephanie, Tina, and Victoria at the front desk. Angela was my work up tech and she was super friendly and helpful during the exam. Dr Halvaeian was sweet and knowledgeable. I love Sam and Aviana who helped me with my frames. The whole office and experience was great and I'd recommend them to anyone!

I wish every medical appointment were as seamless as my experiences here. The entire team is attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. From the moment you walk in, everything runs efficiently and stress-free. Dr. Morello is exceptional!!!! patient, thorough, and someone who truly takes the time to listen. My whole family comes to this location and sees him, and we have complete confidence in his care. That level of trust is invaluable when choosing a doctor in any specialty. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Dr Turk is very thorough. She also makes sure I understand what I need to do. I never feel rushed.. She also keeps up with all new medications and such to help with my issues. I wouldn't go elsewhere

I have been a patent at the Katy Mann Eye since they opened in Katy. I have always been impressed with ALL my interactions. From my check in/ out with Wendy , Stephanie, Tina, Dorthy, and Victoria. These ladies set the tone for an exceptional visit. I have used several of the Dr. here. originally Dr Sheldon, Moreno and more recently Dr. Halvine (sorry spelling might be off as I am writing off the top of my head! And my eyes are dilated) but I think it is important to share good and bad experiences. Although I have never had a bad interaction at this location. Kudos to staff and Doctors. If you are looking for professional and "full service" eye care team - I highly recommend Mann Eye in Katy!

I had a comprehensive eye exam at Mann Eye for the very first time, and my experience was truly 10/10. I've honestly never felt so comfortable at an eye appointment. I left completely satisfied with my exam--and honestly felt like I had just finished visiting family. Michelle was amazing. She walked me through every step of the exam and always let me know what to expect. She's personable, funny, and incredibly sweet, which made the experience relaxed and enjoyable. Kim was an absolute joy. When I shared my interest in LASIK, talking with her felt like chatting with family. She was patient, kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. Jermaniee spent additional time discussing LASIK in detail, and I left feeling confident it's a great option for me. She is personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Sonna handled my check-in and check-out and was equally wonderful--kind, personable, professional, and able to answer all my questions. This location truly has a top-tier team. Their communication, positive interactions with each other, and exceptional level of service are unmatched. I'm beyond satisfied with the care I received and highly recommend Mann Eye.

Thai was a great experience. Easy online appointment. When I arrived - front desk staff so friendly and very welcoming. Jami was so kind, explained everything that he was doing. Dr Turk was friendly, took time to ask me questions and was informative about options for me. Really great patient experience!
