Dr. Garrett is the best. My family and I have been seeing him close to 20 years. Now all our kids see him. We've followed him to every location that he's been at and will continue to follow him. Every place we've been has been great! The staff are great and very professional! It's always a pleasure coming into Berkeley!

Although I can see objects clearly, the letters on books or computer monitors appear doubled. I also have macular degeneration, so I went for an examination to determine whether the issue was with my vision or my glasses. Compared to other clinics, the reception area was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, which gave a good first impression. However, the staff at the information desk were not friendly when dealing with patients. That said, there was a surprising turnaround. I met Dr. JEFFERY JEONG, who was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I'm very grateful for his care. I highly recommend Dr. JEONG and will definitely return to see him again. BERK The front desk staff should be trained by the owner to treat all patients with kindness and professionalism.

It took me 2 days to finally get a hold of someone in the office. The person at the end of line told me to come in at 2:45 pm today. When I came in, the lady at the desk asked if I had a referral to see the doctor I'm seeing. I told her I don't know because the lady I was talking to earlier did not tell me that I needed a referral. I had to call my primary doctor and tell them that I need a referral now. Now I have to wait see if I'm going to get a referral late in the afternoon and see if I'm going to see a doctor, when I could be working and getting paid.

Requested an appointment with an ophthalmologist and they booked me with optometrist.
