I cannot say enough great things about Dr. and the entire team @ Carousel Eyecare!
The office is clean, well-organized, and welcoming. Dr. Caroline Wells is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely cares about patients. She took the time to explain my exam results, discuss options, and make sure I felt comfortable and informed. It's rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with such kindness and professionalism.
I left feeling cared for, and grateful.

Dr. Wells is AMAZING!! I have been coming to her for about 4 years now and she is very knowledgeable about her work and very friendly. Her office staff are also nice, friendly, and super helpful. I first came to Dr. Wells when her office was located in the Katy area near I-10 and Fry Rd. At the time, I was looking to see if she would work out as my primary doctor for my eyes and vision, and Dr. Wells did not disappoint whatsoever. She has helped me regain confidence about my eyesight and has been a great support for my dry eyes. Her current office in Cinco Ranch currently offers a dry eye spa for those who need treatment for their dry eyes. Definitely recommend Dr. Wells!
