I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Shereen Ali and her entire team. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for. Dr. Ali was incredibly thorough, patient, and knowledgeable during both my exam and my son Stephen's exam. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed.
Her professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail truly set her apart, and her staff was just as kind and efficient throughout our visit. It is rare to find a medical team that makes you feel this supported and well taken care of. I am so grateful for our experience and highly recommend Dr. Ali to anyone looking for exceptional care for themselves and their children.

I haven't had an eye exam in 10 years or so and was nervous to finally get my eyes checked. Dr Tran and all the staff was really sweet, knowledgable, and helpful. The person that helped me with my contacts (I believe her name was Natalie) was really patient and an excellent teacher! I've never had contacts before and she made sure I knew how to put them in and take them out before I left. Highly recommend this office, they have a great crew. Thanks so much

This facility is understanding, respectful, and extremely kind. I had to bring my newborn with me and was worried it would get in the way of my exam or disturb the workers. The lady at the front desk (I'm sorry I do not remember your name!) was beyond kind and even chatted with me about her family and how much life changes after having kids. She made me feel so much better about having to bring my little along. Dr. Tran made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit and even helped me calm my little down when I accidentally bonked her head (lol).
I'm happy I came to CE for my eye exam, I will be returning next year.

Jan and Victoria at the front desk did an excellent job processing the paperwork. Great experience, highly recommended.
