I don't trust just anyone with my vision -- physically or metaphorically -- and Clarity Eye Care has never missed. My family and I have been going to Clarity Eye Care since 2018 (with a short break while we lived out of state from 2021-2024), and returning felt like coming home to people who genuinely care about you -- not just your chart. Hands down, this is the best eye care I've ever received. What stood out most this visit was how Dr. Hoang treated my kids like they mattered -- not just as patients, but as curious little humans. They were fascinated by the scans of their eyes, and instead of rushing past it, Dr. Hoang took the time to explain what they were seeing. He showed them how healthy their eyes looked and even compared them to scans of less healthy eyes so they could understand the difference. He made them feel informed, included, and proud of taking care of themselves. That kind of care stays with a child. Every visit feels calm, intentional, and human. The staff is kind, patient, and never makes you feel rushed. They explain everything in a way that empowers you, not overwhelms you. Clarity isn't just their name -- it's the experience they deliver. If you want eye care that treats you and your family like people, not appointments, this is the place.

My appointment was great. There was no wait, testing was quick and painless and the doctor spent time explaining things thoroughly. This was my third exam there. I've been very happy!

Our family has been coming to this place for over 5 years. Both optometrists are wonderful, very friendly, and patiently explain all the details and answer all questions with good insights. My 4 yo had her first eye test here and we were but nervous how it will go but the staff took good care of her. We highly recommend Clarity Eye Care to everyone!!

The facility was clean and modern, and I appreciated how organized everything was from check-in to check-out. Dr.Kathy was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything during the exam. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered with care and patience. The selection of frames was impressive, and the staff helped me find a pair that fit my style and budget. Thanks to Susie, I walked out with glasses I feel great in--and that's a first for me. If you ever get a chance to work with her, do it. You'll be in good hands. Overall, I left feeling confident in the care I received and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality eye care.

What a great experience! From the moment I called, set up the appointment, attended the appointment and picking out new frames it was fantastic. The whole appointment was smooth and the Dr was so great at answering ALL of my questions and concerns. She talks fast but she is VERY knowledgeable and very kind to hear you and respond with solutions! When it came to picking out frames I was having a hard time finding something I liked, so, I asked the front desk ladies to help me and they were SO SWEET and kind to help me find what I liked. We were able to narrow down a few frames and they even pulled some from the back to kindly assist. They were incredible. I would totally recommend this office to ANYONE needing an exam. And yes, get the retinal imaging done, ITS WORTH IT!

Our family has been going to Clarity Eye Care for over 4 years now. The optometrists are thorough and take the time to explain everything clearly. Dr. Bao even spotted a possible life threatening condition last year and got us quickly set up with specialists. Everything worked out and we are very grateful for his expertise. It's rare to find an office where everyone is both helpful and professional. We highly recommend them if you're looking for top-quality eye care!

They fixed the problem I've been having for years in one visit. They also were nice enough to accommodate me when I got the address wrong hehe. They are sweet amazing and explained everything step by step. Will not be changing at all
