I moved to Katy and needed a new optometrist. Dr. Kauffman was really great in listening to my concerns and answering my questions. The office is super clean. His front desk staff were helpful in answering insurance questions. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Best doctor I've seen for my keratoconus! I drove 1 hour and 30 minutes for my visit and wouldn't hesitate to make that drive for every appointment. Clean office, friendly staff, and a great doctor. 10/10.

Dr Kaufman is phenomenal! He is extremely thorough, professional and highly knowledgeable. He takes the time to effectively communicate everything about your visit. Every time I come to his office he makes me feel comfortable and I leave there with a wealth of knowledge concerning my eyes. What a great doctor, I highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed.

Exceptional Eye Care from Dr. Kauffman As someone with keratoconus, finding a doctor who truly understands this condition has been a challenge. Saw another eye doc right before Christmas. She said I had severe dry eye. I knew something else was wrong so called Contemporary Eye care. They worked me in really fast and they were awesome! Turned out I had a big cluster of ingrown eyelashes which Dr.Kauffman removed. I feel so much better! Staff were so nice and professional! Thank you for helping me so fast! Yall have a huge fan!

This was our first visit to this office and we really liked the Dr and the staff! All very professional, courteous and helpful. The office is clean, well kept inventory of frames to choose from! The Eye mapping technology is a first for me and it's a great tool for eye health! We will be using them annually for our eye exams! I would highly recommend this office for your eye care!
