I learned a lot about my eyes and what certain things mean and I had a lot of fun shopping for eyeglasses. Friendly staff, but unethical experience.
When I was choosing a pair of glasses after the exam, the staff told me that the price of the glasses is tagged on the glasses. I picked a pair, and the tag was showing $280. When I was paying at the front the total came out a lot higher than I was expecting, I thought maybe I remembered the price wrong. I went through the receipt and saw that they charged me $100+ higher than what they were telling me on the price tag. I talked to the staff, she said the price on their system is higher than the price tag. She said sorry but didn't refund my money.
This is against the consumer law and very unethical way to run the business. You can't show a fake price in the front and rip off customers in the back. Not a good experience.
