I absolutely love going to this optometrist. Dr. Chappell truly takes the time to get to know you and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I always feel heard and confident that my vision needs are being met. The ladies at the front desk are just as wonderful--super kind, patient, and incredibly helpful when it comes to selecting the right glasses. Overall, it's a welcoming, professional office that I highly recommend.

I was referred to this optometrist by a neighbor due to its convenient location in my neighborhood. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 a.m. and arrived approximately 15 minutes late. Upon checking in, the front office staff member informed me that I would not be able to proceed with my appointment because the exam typically requires 30 minutes to complete. While I understand the importance of maintaining the schedule, the interaction felt discourteous and lacked flexibility. Based on my prior experiences at other practices, comprehensive eye exams--particularly those involving both eyeglass and contact lens evaluations--often take 45 minutes or longer. I was asked to return later that evening, despite earlier appointment times appearing available on their website. Additionally, although I did not attend the appointment, my insurance was authorized WITHOUT my consent, which subsequently caused a delay in scheduling with my new eye care provider that same day. As a new patient who was referred to this office, I was disappointed with the overall experience.ESPECIALLY the lady in the front desk with long gray hair and black glasses. She was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional!!!! Please take your business elsewhere and save yourself a headache. I would highly recommend Fulshear Eye Center instead to avoid similar inconveniences.

Dr. Jantz Chappel took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the exam, answering my questions with patience and clarity. Their use of advanced diagnostic technology gave me confidence that I was receiving the most accurate assessment of my eye health. What stood out most was the personalized care--I never felt rushed, and every recommendation was tailored to my specific needs. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking not just better vision, but a better experience.

Came in for an eye exam and was blown away by the advanced equipment and technology used by Dr. Chappel, which I have never seen at any other practice. Dr. Chappel was highly knowledgeable and professional, making sure all my questions were answered clearly. Overall great experience, strongly recommend.

I've been seeing Dr. Chappel and his team since they opened a couple of years ago. He's very patient and knowledgeable and takes the time to ensure you understand what you need to make your vision better. I look forward to my yearly visits. 10/10 highley recommend!

The entire office is AMAZING you never know when 2 angels will be at the front desk. I can't wait to come pick my glasses up just to see them again. We had very good conversations. The Dr has outstanding rapport. He is thorough and very detailed. The ladies picked my frames lol and I love the one we settled on. Not one of them tried to force me to get anything I didn't ask for. I am thoroughly pleased and soooooooo glad that my first visit went this well. New to Texas and it's hard finding new care. Eyes - I hit the jackpot.
